The department couldn't be worse. Out of about 10 jobs, one, maximum two, are working. Some programs are constantly not working, or something else is lagging. There are 3 queues in the department, and the service is very long… At least 15 minutes per person. And how in general can a specialist serve legal entities and individuals in one bank branch? individuals and at the same time change the currency to the population?! Where did they even invent such a system? There are 4 ticket offices, 4 specialist seats, and one person works.
And the cherry on the cake. I came to the department at 18.08 and then some kind of cleaning apparently began. There were two cups on the car with bottled water (probably already used by previous visitors) and the cleaner put them in reverse use. Horror.
