Extremely negative memories.
When trying to withdraw a large amount from the account, the employee made a mistake and the money was debited from the account, but they could not give it to me.
The head did nothing until he raised his voice at him and threatened to call the police. I had to force him to strain the IT specialists, who had already finished their working day.
As a result, I received the money almost three hours later, two hours after the branch closed.
I'm going around in a big circle now.
