03/17/2013 I bought shoes, after two weeks of wearing, a defect was revealed: the top layer began to peel off. Shoes made in Italy, country of origin Bosnia- Hertz., importer Belvest, the top is written on the box genuine leather. When I contacted the store with a claim that this defect is not typical for genuine leather products, I was told that there may be an artificial coating ... But there is no information about this either on the box or on any label.The answer to my claim was given that it was a mechanical damage...The quality is disgusting, it's a pity....
