I came to remove the bridge. The crown flew off one tooth by itself, the gap was far away, and the bridge was held on the third tooth. Instead of checking to see if the tooth is alive there, under the crown. The doctor, without any pictures, broke almost an entire tooth along with the crown. I took the tooth with me on purpose, showed it to the doctors - it was safe to saw the crown and leave the tooth in place. Why bother?
My niece came to the reception: the doctor won't even let me open my mouth: "I'm not doing this." So you listen first! It turns out he does. I made a cast, they didn't even give me a napkin. The attitude is like an annoying fly.

I was at an orthodontist's consultation. They praised him on the forum, I don't understand why. They told me to take a picture right away without any special questions. Did. Later it turned out that all other clinics use 3D images for diagnosis, not panoramic ones, and no one really needed this one at all, extra radiation and only money. The doctor seemed unhappy that I came, talked in the style of "what do I need?", just looking at my teeth said "you're bruxing! " in such a tone, as if I was intentionally doing something unacceptable, I didn't really explain anything about the bite, if you want to put braces on, if you don't want to. And I repeated several times, "I do not know, at your age, you already have such an age ..." although I am not even thirty yet, and I know that people correct their bite even older... Yes, by the way, no one noticed Bruxism behind me. Maybe I don't understand something about this, but I could somehow try to tactfully justify it. Hurtful.

In another clinic the other day, when I was treating another tooth, the dentist said about this darkening that I had been poorly treated somewhere. Now we will have to return under warranty so that the "White Rhino" is fixed. Then I went out and invited to my office a girl who was with me in the queue and came up later than me. After 40 minutes, the receptionist was surprised to see me waiting for her appointment. But no action was taken on her part. To my indignation about the 40-minute reception delay, the receptionist only said, "maybe I'll call him again..." I also did not hear minimal or at least formal apologies. Apparently, the services of this clinic are in great demand, since employees allow themselves to scatter clients and show such disrespectful attitude towards them.
