The consultants are great, they don't climb into the phone with general questions, they don't frantically search for information, so they tell everything. And that's cool. And if they check the availability. An extreme case, I went to ask about a specific monitor model, they said that it exists but at a different point. No question, I arrived there, I immediately warned the guys that I was just looking, they said no problem)) they took it out, unpacked it, showed everything. But with the strain I put 5 stars for unstable prices and the HUGE difference in prices of the online store and the "live" sales department. I understand that it is necessary to "feed" managers, but the client does not need to know this. I was lucky, I know how to pick up components myself, and without a configurator, but I like to go talk to managers, "feel" turn the iron in my hands more, and the huge price difference does not allow me to do this.
