I bought a phone. techno nova pro 5j. September. He passed out on his own . I had to contact the service. they said the phone defect bent. I allegedly put it in my pocket . a defect. It is possible that free services may be refused... then why do you give a one-year warranty? They still haven't given an answer. I took it on Friday. They don't pick up the phone. I really need a phone. Now I'm sitting here wondering what they'll say.

I bought a motherboard and an SSD drive with an M2 connector. There was no connecting bolt for mounting the drive. Neither included with the motherboard, nor with the drive. The support service did not respond normally. They were sent from one service center to another. In the end, I had to look for the bolt myself and attach the drive to the motherboard, it ended up tearing the native nut from the motherboard. The drive was damaged, the motherboard was damaged. On December 29, I wanted to purchase 5 32gB microSD units using the Caspi application. I visited the White Wind shops along the streets of Lermontov, Satpayev, N.Nazarbayev. When the managers found out that I wanted to purchase shares through the bank, they somehow cooled off towards me. When I made a purchase through the Caspi app, I received a message: Your order 128642164 from the seller "White Wind" has been canceled. Unfortunately, the product is out of stock. The money will be refunded to your Kaspi Gold within 3 business days. In general, I was upset.
