I came and bought an Eco-snow on February 11, 2023 at Ryskulova 101 in the factory store! We specially buy it there so that it is fresh and so on. Let's go paint, we open it, and there the whole pile is crumpled up from above in pieces and at the bottom it's hard as a stone, you can't stir it! I call them on video, I show them they can't be stirred, etc. I explain it's impossible, I ask them to change it, send it by car and pick this one up. They refuse to say that they ride the bus themselves! As a result, I had to throw everything back and forth in a taxi They turned the skewers in the device, nothing worked out for them, and only when they were convinced they offered to change it to another one! It turned out that the paint was sold almost a year ago. And this is at the factory!!!! They pushed it through with a scream! I bought 02.2023g and was given as much as 05.2022g of release Bottom line: while I was driving back and forth, I lost half a day in traffic jams, I didn't finish work on time, I paid for the taxi myself, I didn't even hear the word sorry !!! That's their whole service! They are too friendly to sell, as the problem is not immediately friendly!!! Shame on you! Do not trust, check all the cans, open them, demand to mix, do not be lazy, especially if you take them far away, check and demand that they sell fresh! As a result, they took out a jar that was released two days ago! I wonder if it would be impossible to do this right away?? If the owner of the factory forces the old one to shove, then I understand, but even if so, this is also not an excuse We deserved a review honestly ! Disappointed with the spectacle!!!!
