I was not disappointed with the first visit. It was March 7th. Spacious common room, plenty of space for dancing. The atmosphere was quite pleasant and comfortable. The waiters are great, good service. The host of the program is also good, as is the guy who is the singer of the institution, I don't remember the name. The sound quality of the disco is pretty good, but a bit loud. The price level seems to be slightly above average, but it seems to be because of the alcohol. According to the kitchen prices , in the upper threshold of the price. But, steaks are not expensive - rib eye is about 9 thousand tenge, but the taste is not the best. Although, this is for my personal taste, of course.
Overall, I liked the birch tree. However, it should be noted that the institution has a strict dress code, mainly for girls. So, it's better to clarify in advance before visiting.

I didn't like the food, the salad with meat that I couldn't chew, the steaks were a little dry, the cocktails were strange, just super sweet, the alcohol range was also strange, there were a lot of unknown names, I didn't like it in general, but it was like "airplane wing";) The service is good. I liked the interior, the girl sang well and the repertoire was normal. There were several DJs, and the one who was there the longest didn't pay attention to the reaction of the guests at all, couldn't match the audience. The guys are trying their best, of course, but it feels like a school amateur performance. In general, I didn't like it, the price-quality does not match.

Keep in mind that women need to be dressed in an uncomfortable evening outfit for some reason. The institution has not decided on its format. Don't waste time, go on vacation and spend money in other places.

12/21/2024 we had a corporate party, there was no New Year's show program from the word at all. Santa Claus and the snow Maiden came out for 10 minutes and the program ended on this show. The kitchen is not delicious, we waited 2 hours for the order. The bill went to 341 thousand and the waiter took 360 thousand Allegedly, they just gave away a deposit of 19 thousand. I don't recommend celebrating the New Year here. I'm not naked anymore.

Then please work on the quality of your food that you serve to the guests, because betting only on beautiful alcoholic cocktails with flowers, shows, hookah and smoke in the hall is not enough. Many colleagues and friends who visited this place of yours say about the "Birch Tree" that you just have a pretentious, HYPE place with a kitchen level that pulls to the station dining room. Considering that your price tag is designed for the heads of nearby organizations such as Baiterek Holding, the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan, National Holding Expo, etc., your kitchen should be like an attraction for taste buds so that you want to come back to you not only for alcohol. And then yesterday's dried-up spicy pizza with pesto, and a disgusting salad of arugula floating in a dish with soy sauce and overcooked chicken legs served black on Friday, September 15, 2023, is some kind of publishing house and a deception designed for idiots and girls with low social responsibility who came just to see how you release white smoke into the hall and a singer who tries to sing in a different voice: sometimes to Toni Braxton, then to Madonna.
