In general, I like this bank. You can open accounts for Russians without problems, you only need a foreign passport and an IIN. Money can be withdrawn without an order up to 5 million tenge and even the equivalent in foreign currency (dollars, euros, rubles).
The only time they came on a day like this, when their system at the checkout broke down and as a result, the cash register did not work for 2 hours. You can also not order the face value of currency notes there. Well, that is, whatever they bring, they will bring. In Russia, it's just possible, so we were surprised)
There are no queues in this particular department, which we liked. Before that, we were in Petropavlovsk, there are queues there)
I was pleasantly surprised that you can open currency cards. Well, that is, special calculations in euros and dollars in stores abroad. We opened it, it might come in handy)

To be honest, I do not understand the purpose of the work of this particular department on Saturday. There is always one manager, a security guard and a cashier inside. I was here 3 times on Saturday for different questions at different times of the year, but each time they answered - "come on Monday, we won't help you today." I understand that this is not a problem for managers. The girls themselves are great managers - very polite and tactful. But I do not understand what the essence of the work of this department is on Saturday, if nothing can be done. On Saturday, they do not open cards, they do not help to register appeals, they do not give certificates, they do not make any signatures. Nothing can be solved! It turns out that in fact the department works only on weekdays. Coming here on weekends is a waste of time. No one comes here on Saturday. It is always empty and it is clear why.
There are no particular complaints about the work of the bank itself, but please resolve the issue with the functions of the branch on weekends. There is no desire to come here on weekdays to deliver, bring or update documents. Well, really, because of the little things, I have to take time off from work to come solve the micro-question in 3 minutes, although I WAS ALREADY HERE ON SATURDAY! Do as the jusan bank does - from 10 to 14, but there is a full-fledged office with the solution of any issues.
