They work from 9:00, I came by 12, I wanted to choose a bouquet for my mom's birthday, I went in, apparently, when the delivery was, there were 2 people and everyone was doing their own thing, no one even said hello, although I pretended as much as possible that I needed help ... there were already bouquets ready, maybe not super they're fresh, but I might have bought them, but when I asked for help, 2 girls said, "Can't you see that we're busy and can't sell you anything right now"... it was as rude and unpleasant as possible… I went out in a good mood to buy my mother a bouquet and ran into such unpleasant girls, it's a pity 🥲🥲🥲

Disgusting service. We ordered a bouquet with delivery, with the expectation of a surprise for the girl. As a result, the courier called and asked to get out, as he could not find a place to park the car. It's still okay, the bouquet itself is half-dead, dry, and also with hanging branches around the edges, they didn't even want to collect normally.

But as they say, trust played a cruel joke, deceived by slipping limp flowers and gave 35 rubles for this garbage (as a man, I don't understand anything about flowers, but my wife realized that such flowers are only in the trash) I will never go to this place again, it's a pity there is no rating of 0!!

The guy bought this bouquet on February 14th and what a surprise to me, how well the flowers are! I prune every day, change the water to cold (add ice to cool it) and most importantly, I put the flowers not in a mini vase, but a big tall one! All these tips were given by cute florist girls. I am very happy with the flowers, we always bought only in this flower shop!! The best flower shop! The florists' service is excellent and the flowers are always in perfect condition. Thank you for the beauty.

It has never been difficult before to sell flowers that have just arrived. The ones she wanted to sell, they were just terrible, "life-worn" flowers. I don't advise anyone.

During the correspondence on Instagram, no apologies were received. There is no customer orientation, and they compare their flowers to pizza. And it turns out that not high-quality flowers are the client's problem. So think about it a few times before ordering.
