One of my favorite stores, but the situation that happened yesterday literally broke my heart. My friend and I just stopped by to see what's interesting in the store. I took a pair of jeans and a bag from the sale section. Standing in line at the checkout, we had to hear a foul language and terrible swearing at the checkout from the sales girl, and the most annoying thing is that the jeans hit the full price tag, perhaps my omission that I did not ask why, but this behavior simply discouraged the desire to find out something. There are no questions about the quality of things, it's still my favorite store, but such service and attitude to customers just kills. The assessment is simply for the work of the staff and for the spoiled mood

My favorite clothing store!! A large assortment, and if you do not know what to choose, the very kind staff will tell you and help. A large selection of clothes in different sizes for both teenagers and adults, I really like everything and the prices for high-quality goods are quite acceptable.

This is one of my favorite stores. But the opinion deteriorated after the return of the product, which was not accepted. The argument is "You wore them." Yes, I left the house for 5 minutes and came back because the sneakers were very pressed, which limited my walking. There was no such fitting. I would not have bought them if I had been warned about this defect. I didn't have a single pair of Bershka shoes, but everything was fine. An unpleasant situation. The shoes are in new condition.
