I visited this institution and was satisfied, I spent a great evening with the company. The service at the bowling alley is just wonderful, the Administrator Alina and the Waiter Camilla are wonderful. The girls will make everything easier, they will tell you how to play.
The bar is just great, the billiards there is also great, karaoke and the dance floor are all great. It was a pleasure to relax. We will definitely come back to such a complex.
The food is amazing, the steak and necks are well done. I can safely say that this institution is well done!

And so we were there at the New Year's corporate party in 2024... For 75 rubles per person, there are only disadvantages: the amount of food leaves much to be desired... although it's delicious. The program is terrible!!! Where did you find this Santa Claus??? From the last century with contests that are outdated! They put a lot of people in a small hall that it was impossible to get through. It was possible to make at least one less table. The repertoire has not been updated. There is nothing new! Only the name and prices change, but the essence does not...It's a pity!

However, since the last time on 12/22/2023, I was shocked!
To say that it was not very good is to say nothing. First of all: we were in a small hall, which should still have a place for dancing and for passage. This time, the people were like in a tin can! Horror..not only was it impossible to dance, but also to walk through the hall, clinging to heavy chairs!!!
Secondly: absolutely small portions of dishes, huge plates and scanty portions of food.
We left hungry, even the common dishes were nothing to talk about. The money was paid at least 65 rubles per person (excluding alcohol).
Thirdly,: The New Year's program is terrible! 10 rubles per person! When I wouldn't have paid 5 rubles.
Fourth: finally update your repertoire! And a DJ in such an institution should be a little more polite and loyal to his guests!
The only thing that smiled was the sweet and polite waitress!

There was an ambiguous conflict situation in the hall regarding the order of performance of songs, because by the middle of the night karaoke turned into a concert by a fairly drunk star, which was openly promoted by a DJ, bypassing our table. Moreover, the DJ himself was in no better condition, and publicly, into the microphone in front of the whole room, he ridiculed our remark, for which I asked for a complaint book. The book was brought by the receptionist, torn into two parts. Doubting its authenticity, I noticed that I would not write anything in such a book and would come tomorrow, but before that I want to see the person who is responsible for all this mess. As a result, in the lobby, they pointed out to me an intoxicated man with a swollen face and a cigarette in his teeth, introducing him as the director. When I asked him to sort out the conflict and explain what happened to the complaint book, he pointed me to the exit, and told the security officer: Get her out of here, I don't want her here. And at all...if you come up here, you (that is, I) will have problems, tomorrow you will be fired from your job, and so on. The security officer listened to all this in silence, he called the police squad on me and absolutely did not react even when the director told me to my face that I personally tore up his complaint book...just now... in front of witnesses. Since when did the police begin to cover up slander, I do not understand, especially since all this can be easily checked by cameras. In addition to everything, the guard began to demand my passport or other identity document, although I am sure that carrying such documents with me at karaoke is not provided for by the rules) The director himself flatly refused to give his full name, and not only to me to write a complaint, but also to none of the police officers who arrived and called him. He frankly sent everyone away, setting up a circus tent. But he shouted for me to be taken to a drug treatment center, for a protocol to be drawn up against me, he discredited me morally and psychologically in every possible way, threatened me, counting on complete impunity. The staff of the Best Club, apparently knowing his dealings with people, also pretended that they had no idea what his name was and what kind of person he was, they did not want to give out the name of the hero. Let them write in response to the review and let the whole city know how a visit to the Best Club can end for you.

According to the prices, I will say that it is not too expensive, but I will not say the opposite in the other direction either). The staff working at the bowling alley was too picky. When we made an order from them and put our lemonade on the table, they almost took it to themselves). It turns out you can't take anything with you, even water, keep in mind)! Items of use have a lot of wear and tear both in bowling and billiards.
