The hotel is pretty good. The rooms are small, of course, but cozy, with a modern design. The breakfasts are very tasty, a varied menu, there are plenty to choose from, salads, sliced, porridges, sweets. We rest in February. The hotel has the option of a free transfer to the ski lift, this is very important, because you can't walk or you will have to stomp through the mud with the cars. Otherwise, the hotel is like a hotel.

The cafes starved the children , burgers waited for an hour , despite the fact that they drove and kept their appetite all the way and hoped for a super dinner with a view of the mountains , but the dinner turned out not only with a delay and unprepared dishes , but also with a view of the bus !!! The whole evening they asked the administrator to remove the bus , which had been standing under the view windows all evening . We chose the hotel specifically because of the view , and ended up sitting with a view of the rusty profile fence in the backyard and a view of the bus... we were also just annoyed by the girl with the broom , who just got tired of walking around our table . The most successful burger was cooked for -1 hour and 30 minutes - the children cried from hunger in anticipation , and eventually brought a black burnt piece of something .. The receptionist sees all this , so she is either eating or smoking all the time , but nothing happens , she does not react to the fact that the guests are nervous , to put it mildly . Also, the balcony door of the ball is broken , which spoiled the impression of the room from the very beginning. It 's very dark on the stairs, I had to shine my phone to go up to the room. I do not recommend it , I think that the name does not correspond to the service and the actual status .of course , after some time after the complaints , the bus was removed , wine was offered , relaxing music was turned on and it seemed to become more interesting .. I wish this department to take into account all the comments and become better, there is potential
