Thank you for choosing a wonderful tour! Of the many hotel options recommended by Alexander, we stopped at one - Granada Luxury Beach and did not lose. The ultra all inclusive hotel, which is ideal for families and companies, with clean and beautiful rooms, also has its own access to the sea, which is good news. It also fits perfectly into the budget, for which I also express my great gratitude to the travel agent. The flights were also conveniently selected, without transfers and with a comfortable departure/arrival time. We were consulted on all issues and were not ignored. I was very pleased!😊

I would like to express my gratitude to the BEST KZ travel agency for organizing my vacation. This is the fourth time I have contacted this agency. A well-coordinated team is an organization at the highest level. I would especially like to mention the work of Madina's manager, who organized a tour to Egypt. She was very attentive to my needs and wishes. I was in touch 24/7. I received a lot of useful advice from the agency, the proposed hotel met all expectations. We flew to Turkey with our family this year, visited many different travel agencies, as we flew for the first time, and went to the Best.kz, we got the manager Mukhambetova Madina, this is the coolest manager, she explained everything clearly, helped us a lot, she was in touch with us throughout the rest! I picked up everything on the tour exactly as we wanted , right to the point ! I explained everything in detail on the shelves! It feels like she was flying with us , we were calm and confident thanks to her ! The next vacation is just for her! Before that, in different travel agencies, everything had to be pulled out, someone was not telling something, namely in the Best.kzt manager Madina Mukhambetova has put everything on the shelves!
