I came to the store with a specific request.
No one met us, they waited for the consultant for 10 minutes, but he came up only after we had already called him ourselves.
The service is zero.
First, a consultant sat down with us, who did not ask any questions at all, and when I showed the desired shade in the photo, he just handed me a palette and said "choose"
, then we sat again for 10 minutes, and called another consultant.
This one also did not identify our needs, did not tell us about the advantages of the paint - fortunately, it "helped to choose" the desired shade.
When we arrived home and did the test strokes, these shades did not match what I wanted at all.
A sad experience with this store, I recommend that you train the staff in basic knowledge of products,
service, sales and coloristics.

If the management is reading, then it is necessary to work on the aptitude and service of the staff. Recently, the service and the seller's knowledge of what he sells has fallen very much in Tashkent. The staff lives their own lives. They can't advise, they just need you to come tell them exactly what product you need and leave. As they say, money can only be counted by sellers. Selection of options, a normal consultation with a specialist.... This is not about them, although the Betek company makes good products. I understand that it's hard to take criticism, but it's only a plus for business to find out such shortcomings. Learn from competitors (Tikkurila) just consult them and you will understand. There are no accountants there, but they know how to advise.
