It is beautiful, luxurious, it seems that the palace floats very gracefully along the Bosphorus))). The interior is very luxurious, you can buy a remote guide where you can tell in some detail what you see. Carpets, furniture, dishes, personal belongings. The exposition in the rooms of the Sultan, the Sultan's mother and his wives is carefully preserved.

A pleasant courtyard in front of the palace. Exit to the coast through the majestic gate. The palace itself is small, the interiors are interesting, but a little dusty. You can't take pictures. A big plus: inexpensive.

A great park around the palace. There is access to the sea. There is a great view of the bridge over the Bosphorus from the sea. The palace building itself is partially under reconstruction. There is a cafe on the territory of the park. There is a gift shop at the exit from the palace grounds.

Half of the courtyard is now covered, the facade is being reconstructed from the outside. Admission costs 25 lire per person. Considering the reconstruction and the fact that the upper garden is completely closed, it is very expensive. It is unclear why the price has been raised since the summer. It is very difficult to take a picture at the first gate without people. But here is the problem of world society (since there were representatives of many countries), no one cares about others. They go out the gate and take pictures of the bridge and the Bosphorus at once, there is no way to go two meters along the embankment to the left. Although they see that someone is constantly taking photos with the gate. And they pass at the speed of a sick turtle.
We were driving because of the photo with the gate and the garden. Well, at least part of it was a success.

Excellent views of the Bosphorus. A gorgeous park/garden. You can have a delicious snack on the territory, the palace itself is very European, but with a traditional Turkish location of the rooms. If you do not want to explore the palace from the inside, you can buy a ticket only with access to the territory, if you get into a very tourist time - a good option not to shove in the crowd inside. There is a large excursion flow of Turkish schoolchildren.

After Dolmabahce, it looks modest). But it's still impressive. And if you are in the Asian part of Istanbul, then it is definitely worth a visit. A visit to the museum costs 350 lire per person (March 2024). The audio guide is included in the ticket price. Magnolias from there ).

I liked the place, the small Sultan's Palace (summer residence). Quiet, no crowds of tourists, 4 tickets (two adults and two children 1130 liras). The ticket price includes an audio guide in Russian, either a passport or 2000 liras as a deposit. You must take an audio guide.

You can't take photos inside, but I couldn't resist and took one as a keepsake)

It is forbidden to photograph the halls of the palace. This is the main disadvantage. There is also a huge bridge directly above the park.

The palace is a must-visit! The price is minimal, the pleasure is to the maximum. Convenient to get to. It is better to visit in the morning, there are fewer people. Photo and video shooting is prohibited, but there is something to see, probably simpler than Dolmabahce, but also impressive.

A very beautiful palace! Sometimes it is even more spectacular than Dolmabahce because of the beautiful wall paintings. The furniture and almost the entire interior have been preserved

The Summer Palace of the Sultans in the 19th and 20th centuries. The palace is in the Eastern European style. But it looks more like an exhibition of furniture from that era. The audio guide tediously talks about the rooms of the palace and the materials from which the furniture is made. It's not very interesting. But there is something to see - chandeliers, ceramics, ceilings, stairs. I want to liven up the interior. A courtyard with access to the Bosporus, beautiful views, Especially charming is the modern bridge located nearby.

I didn't like the music. A large warehouse of antique furniture. There is no feeling that the palace was promised, that sultans lived there. And the audio guide does not shine... He tells who gave it to him, what it is upholstered with, what kind of wood it is made of. I really want to revive the exposition.
