I do not process orders. They don't work during business hours. They feed you with words, then we'll call you back. Then they don't call back. When you call at the end of the day, they don't pick you up, and you call them again. I've never seen such a bad job anywhere. If it were possible, I would have given it a 0 rather than a 1 star.
