I went in with my son to get a book..right from the doorway, we were greeted with a very cordial "young people, what is your question?"-to say that I was shocked, to say nothing! Then there was the question "how old is it?" To the son's answer, 13..he was sent to the children's room... in general, we would have guessed to go there ourselves, but the fact that we had to go through this facecontrol was not at all happy, I didn't want to read books from this library! So here's a question for the employee who greeted us so nicely, did we come to your house for a book?and have you ever wondered that by such behavior, you discourage children from reading a little?

Dear administration of the library named after Lermontov! Thank you for your hard work and access to knowledge. However, I would like to express my wishes regarding the work schedule. The current opening hours from 10:00 to 18:00 on weekdays are "extremely inconvenient for those who work or study. Many readers, including me, do not physically have time to visit the library. Please consider the possibility: - extending the working day at least until 20:00 on weekdays; - introduction of a Saturday/Sunday schedule. This would make the library more accessible.

They are always friendly to visitors. The girls are creative about their work And what perfectly decorated stands, and what cool storefronts. Well done.I know that the library is visited collectively by children from kindergarten. And the library staff organizes interesting events for children. That's a great idea.And the girls are doing great-they arrange draughts and chess tournaments for those who wish. WELL DONE!
