A magnificent hotel! I stayed here from 08/22/29/2024
All the staff is very friendly and courteous. Thanks to these people, the atmosphere of a home is created in the hotel ☺️
Breakfast on a solid plate! On the day when I had to leave the hotel early in the morning, I was given a lunch box so that I would not stay hungry :)
The cleanliness of the room is maintained at a high level! Every day, all stocks are replenished.
An excellent swimming pool, with a comfortable water temperature and comfortable sun loungers.
The location of the hotel is both a plus and a small minus. It's a long way from the center, 30 minutes on foot to Republic Square, literally 10 minutes by taxi. But if you value silence, then you will get it. No city fuss, which is great)
There is a shopping center nearby, where there is both a supermarket and an exchanger

We had a rest in September 2024.
The location of the hotel is good, near the Dalma Mall shopping center, Ararat brandy factory.
The territory of the hotel is green, beautiful, well maintained. The hotel is very spacious, a large dining room, lobby, tables and armchairs on the floors, everything is new, neat, stylish.
The rooms are large in size, the bathrooms are spacious, the beds are wide, it is clear that they thought about the guests, but not how some would stick just to save money.
Towels, toothbrushes and paste, combs, cotton buds and discs are changed daily in the room, shampoo, shower gel and soap are replenished, there is a hairdryer, safe, refrigerator, two air conditioners, two TVs, kettle, dishes, tea and coffee are updated daily, water bottles, slippers, bathrobes, one in short, it is very convenient.
Breakfasts are a separate song, everything is generous in Armenian, delicious and hospitable, the best products, a huge selection, a very rich menu.
The pool is very beautiful, there are sun loungers and tables. In the evening it is very pleasant to sit in the air, they give out a towel for bathing separately, their own shower room near the pool.
The staff is very attentive and friendly, speaks different languages.
The Bien hotel felt like home ♥️
Definitely, being in Armenia, we will stay here.

The hotel itself is normal, an advanced air conditioning system, terry bathrobes, accessories, etc., although there is quite strong audibility in the neighboring rooms, the windows are very tight and there are no mosquito nets, the food is basically normal, coffee is brewed, in the hot season the pool is of course a big plus, since there is nowhere to swim, but the surroundings....It's something. Before that, I was on an excursion tour to 3 * in the center, I didn't think much there, but after moving here I realized that it was even very, very...Photos do not convey what surrounds them, the area is dirty, working, car washes, crumbling old buildings, new buildings...Besides, you can't walk on high ground...only by taxi, fortunately it is cheaper compared to Moscow, of course. There are also very few places around where you can eat normally, some cafes.. The service is friendly and adequate., wi-fi is a little weak.The pool is open until the end of September, then they stop doing it, you can only sunbathe if it's warm.

I really liked the hotel. We stayed with my husband for two days. The room is small, compact, and has everything you need. We only spent the night, we walked the rest of the time, so we don't need any more. Towels were changed every day, garbage was taken out. There is a mini buffet for breakfast, everything is decent and tasty enough, you will definitely not go hungry. The price per day is quite reasonable. The hotel is located in a convenient part of the city. The view in clear weather is amazing. Overall, the impression is only good. I wish you only prosperity!!!!!

Nice hotel.clean water is put in the room every day, towels are changed. In the room there are disposable sets of toothbrushes and pastes,shampoo, liquid soap, gel, the staff is polite and friendly. The breakfast buffet is delicious and varied. There is a swimming pool on site, but among the disadvantages there is no dryer in the room, there is nowhere to dry a swimsuit.

We stayed in this hotel for almost a week. I would like to mention the pleasant staff, clean rooms and timely cleaning. Free teas, coffee, water on a regular basis and of course delicious breakfasts. Dolma shopping center is nearby, which makes it much easier to go for everything you need: clothes, groceries, ready-made food. The presence of a swimming pool is a huge plus, we had a great time with our child and wife and tanned ourselves🤩

The photos of the hotel do not correspond to reality. Rather, a photo of the surrounding and surrounding area of the hotel. 2 large construction sites are literally outside the walls of the hotel. When I was at the hotel, the wall protecting the pool from the outside world was decorated with a proud worker laying bricks. Otherwise, the hotel itself is quite good. Price/quality - 5 points. Considering the price, it makes no sense to discuss the cons. At first glance, the breakfasts were modest, but they did not go hungry...the hotel is small, so there is no point in "smashing the buffets" with abundance. Of the advantages: 3 minutes walk to the largest shopping center Dalma; 10 minutes to the city center (Northern Avenue) by taxi (Yandex taxi 800-1000 AMD ~200-250₽). The pool is outside.

We had a vacation with my husband from June 9 to June 15, 2023. The hotel is new, we liked it.
The room has everything you need: a hairdryer, shampoo, gel, bathrobes (strangely true, but the maximum size is 44), slippers, kettle, dishes, tea, coffee, water, refrigerator. There is an iron and ironing board in the common hallway.
The breakfast is a buffet, the assortment is not large, but we had enough.
The rooms are cleaned every day.
The pool is clean, towels are provided at the reception.
All staff are friendly and helpful.
A taxi to the center costs from 700 to 1400 drams, which is an average of 200 rubles.
There is a large shopping center nearby.
There is a sluggish construction site near the hotel, it does not create much noise.

We had a rest together from 26.03 to 30.03. We liked the hotel. It is not located in the city center, but it is quiet at night, there are no racers and loud music, a 3-minute walk from a giant supermarket where everything is available. There is a construction site nearby, but 1.5 people work there and 2 hours a day. So it's quiet and dirty. A taxi to the city is 150 rubles. The hotel is clean, the deluxe room is spacious, only the bathroom/toilet is a tiny room. Cleaning every day: changing towels and taking out the trash. The food is the simplest, nothing special

The hotel was used for a transfer, for 1 night.
In general, we were satisfied. The biggest mall in Yerevan is around the corner. If you need to go shopping, then there is everything that is now missing in Moscow (massimo dutti, zara, h&m, etc.)
Clean comfortable rooms, bathrobes. It takes about 20 minutes to get to the airport.
Only the breakfast didn't seem very tasty. But after visiting 3 hotels in Yerevan of approximately the same price category, we noticed that the breakfast here was better than in others.

We had a family vacation at this hotel. The room is clean at first glance, but tired. There was a beautiful view of Ararat from the window, but the window sill was so dirty that there was garbage under my hands, I tried to wipe it with a rag, but I had to thoroughly wash it (photo attached). The wind blew very strongly from the window, as a result, the child with snot, the husband too. Breakfast is a buffet, but that's a strong word. After breakfast, I wanted to have breakfast again. The staff is polite and friendly, the room was cleaned every day, the bed linen is clean and white. But the towels, it's just a quiet horror, they were scary to use, they were gray-yellow with torn edges. And another oddity, the robes were a maximum of 44 sizes. There is a large shopping center nearby where you can eat.
