A good store, polite, unobtrusive sellers, often discounts. The range is modern, but close to the classic, which personally pleases me. The only thing is, it's a little expensive even with a discount for my budget.
But from the cons - at this price of the product do you have paid packages? Are you serious?! Even on the market, the package is given for free when buying! Just for that, a minus star.

The sneakers fell apart 9 days after purchase (the sole came off in several places, covered with an incomprehensible white coating), and after the "examination" they told me that I was wearing them like that. 160p was thrown in the trash. I don't go to Bigstar anymore.

Once again, I was faced with the brand's carelessness. I took a shirt with a price of 76.99 rubles on a sticker on the shirt. And that's what my surprise was at the checkout, when the cost of a shirt is 99.99 at the checkout.....well, guys, at least not comme il faut. But the seller's phrase finished off: "as an apology, we will give you a bag"
Yeah, really... I was given a gift bag for an overpayment of 22 rubles, which costs 50 kopecks (which is also strange! Since packages are free in all major clothing stores. Oh well).

In general, everything is very modest. There seem to be a lot of things for sale, but there is nothing to choose. All jeans don't understand what size (exclusively for big guys). Colors are also without much choice. Everything is kind of monotonous, blue-pale blue ...
And, most interestingly, the prices were raised so that ...
they completely lost their fear.
Maybe this store will suit someone, but I personally did not like it.

The sizes of jeans and jackets from the site coincided in availability with what was on the site (I did not make an order in advance, I looked at jeans in the catalog the day before, chose 4 models and went to Momo according to the sizes indicated in the cards; my wife looked at her jackets, too, her sizes were in Momo).
The booths are not cramped, with clean mirrors, a lot of hooks.
As a result, you can always buy the right things in this store for sure. They bought me one pair of trousers and two jackets for my wife. The quality is excellent, we did not see any defects.

We bought men's sneakers, walked around the mall in them for 20 minutes and realized that we had made a mistake with the size. We decided to go back and change it to a larger size, to which the staff refused, referring to the fact that the warranty does not apply to them if they have already been worn. It only applies if you wear sneakers at home, a defect or something else is found. Yes, to some extent, the staff is right, referring to the legislation. But the staff had no right to be rude to customers, especially when one of the girls specifically drove over using an inappropriate tone. We were offered to buy new, second sneakers, which I consider a direct mockery and mockery of the client: they say, haha, losers, bought the wrong size, now go, suffer.
Now the sneakers are at home, it is impossible to walk in them. Simply wasted money and an unpleasant aftertaste due to the current situation.
