My visit to the Build store left extremely negative impressions, especially regarding the work of consultants. I came to the store with specific questions and expected professional help, but unfortunately, I was faced with complete incompetence. When I asked clarifying questions, the consultant started responding with obvious annoyance, which created an unpleasant atmosphere. This attitude towards customers is absolutely unacceptable! In addition, when I tried to contact another consultant, I faced a similar situation. It seems that the staff is not properly trained and does not realize the importance of customer service. I hope that the store management will pay attention to these problems and take measures to improve the service.

This is not the first time we have visited this store. The attitude of employees towards customers is disgusting. This applies to both the consultants in the auditorium and the staff at the information center. They say bluntly: "you can file a complaint, but nothing will change anyway." There are no price tags on any product. I looked through several items, but I couldn't find the price tag. I had to leave without a purchase, which was very necessary. We won't go there anymore

He came from the first floor, but come on, he showed me what I wanted. After paying for everything on the second floor, I went down to the first and went to the exit through the cashier, where the cashier in a boorish form began to report to me that I saw I was not going out there and what was I carrying in a bag?) Then why are there frames there? Was it really normal to say that I was wrong and ask if I had paid for my purchases? Rudely said go there through security, well, OK, I went through security, which was up to the purple star, what am I going there with and how. In the downtrodden villages, the cashiers in the Raip shops are more polite.

There is a huge selection of goods and services, which is not always under control, since often the staff (consultants) themselves do not know what goods they sell and what they have in stock, and if you ask about a product from another department, then this is a big problem for the consultant, like "I do not know" or "ask further." And in the wallpaper department, we ran into a consultant with a woman with such a dissatisfied face, as if she works around the clock in the Build. And she was not going to carry the wallpaper, we ourselves dragged the wallpaper to the table for "dressing", and for some reason the consultant did not "bandage" one coil of wallpaper. We wish your store optimism, joy and kindness, lots of smiles (especially in the wallpaper department), good sales and money.

The store is so to speak from "A" to "Z"-there is everything and even more, from nails and bolts to household appliances, there are stationery, goods for children, all electrics and plumbing-in general everything. Prices for some items are high (as in principle in any other stores). Good location of the store + large Parking lot. The staff is good. A convenient escalator for access to the 2nd floor is especially good for moms and dads with strollers. A coffee machine was installed very conveniently. The loyalty program of the bonus card is a little unclear-in order to get it, you need to purchase goods for an amount not lower than a certain one (honestly I don't know how much now-in my case it was at least 150 rubles in the receipt) Another small plus I work with Hplva installment cards and a shopping card

A fabulous call center with fabulous employees. I ordered accessories for electrics, since I am in another city, and there is no such accessories anywhere else in the Republic of Belarus, I had to turn here. Communicating with an employee of the call center, I managed to find out that they do NOT SEND by mail / SDEK / minibus / other delivery service for an additional payment, they do NOT accept payment by bank transfer remotely on the account. You need to personally drive 150 km and physically purchase goods weighing 150 grams from them in the store. Having come to a slight shock from such news, I asked the employee to give the phone numbers of managers or storekeepers directly on the spot, instead of which she connected me with another similar employee sitting next to me at the next table. We managed to solve this problem by finding and hiring an individual in Soligorsk, who came to this store and bought the accessories I needed for the delivery of the object for cash, and then sent it by delivery. I don't know how else to describe this wonderful experience of interacting with this store without using obscene language. I definitely do not recommend contacting there remotely via the website or by phone, only personally purchase in the showroom, because even Satan will praise consultants in the call center. If you are in another city or you cannot physically visit the store, then you have almost no chance to buy anything here.

There are aunts from the USSR who find it difficult to raise their fifth point and help the client, but there are also slightly younger workers and other formations who will postpone a nice conversation with colleagues and will understand even a topic far from their qualifications. We came to the store , waited for a consultant for half an hour , a guy came , rudely asked "what is needed ", after answering, threw the right spare part ( but not the right size ) and left... There is no other consultant , at the information center, they answered in the same rude form " what should I do " ... There is no desire to come and buy something anymore ! If it were possible to put 0 , there would be 0 stars .

The store is good for Soligorsk. A large assortment .Very large and free parking. I don't know the price tags, but it's kind of expensive. Three for the staff. I have not received any real advice in any department. There are quite a few consultants, but it is almost impossible to find them and find out information about the product.
