They killed my kitten, without permission they wanted to inject it is unclear what (they began to refuse, they could not answer what kind of drug). The cat was diagnosed with calcivirosis, was injected for a week and a half and the kitten was getting worse. When they were given injections, they asked to leave the room, too, apparently they could inject something wrong. The kitten died because of worms, we were forbidden to give pills while the "treatment" was going on, and when the kitten died, they were accused of not giving the pill, they said that they did not say such things that it was impossible. They also brought another kitten for examination, while they left the room, they had already begun to fill the syringe with something unclear (they also could not answer), they say calcivirosis in the cat and that he was dying. They took him to the clinic on the 11th block, it turned out that the cat was healthy.

A simple but excellent clinic. The only doctors who were allowed to approach a paralyzed kitten picked up by me from the street. They did not immediately reassure me with good news, they told me about all the risks, but at the same time, after long treatment and constant examinations (more than 6 months), they managed to lift my now adult and healthy cat on its paws. They were always treated with understanding and tried to somehow morally support. One day during her treatment, due to work, she could not come to them because there was no time and took them to another clinic at t/c chilonzar (in the basement opposite the Gagarin monument), my attending physician at that time talked to them on the phone (at my request) and told them what injections needed to be done, but apparently the doctor of that clinic thought that she knew better and, without my knowledge, injected her with medicine after which this tiny kitten just started to turn out in pain. After that situation in my life, I did not go to other clinics except this one, all the animals that we pick up on the street and not only, we bring only here.
I recommend this clinic and its doctors to everyone.
It's only thanks to you that my kitty is still alive and can walk now.

I do not advise this clinic, first of all, they came with a cat early in the morning, the queue needs to wait 3-4 hours , among this time the animal may already be on its last breath, the doctor examined the cat, put a Plaster on him, told him to come every day it gets worse and worse, they took him to another clinic, the doctor examined and said who did this plaster he needs his hands to break , the plaster was not fixed well , the leg swelled terribly , a corn began to form , what was happening to it was terribly simple .
So while we were waiting in line at this clinic, a girl with her mother came after us, they had a little chinchilla in bad condition, they waited in a long queue, we started calling the doctor because she was getting sick and ill, the doctor who was "allegedly" busy with other patients, but in fact this patient they had already let go and the doctor did not come , they had already taken the chinchillas when the daughter started crying , and then they brought the wrapped dead chinchilla .
As a result : They paid a lot of money that nothing helped , but on the contrary , they crippled the animal , so they also demanded that they go to them every day and allegedly watch them die in clinics , there is no convenience for people in the clinic to sit with an animal that is still sick , it's terrible .
Doctors and nurses who are not experienced cannot handle animals.

2 weeks ago I brought a 2-month-old kitten, she fell behind the refrigerator early in the morning. Problems with the paws immediately began. I came to this clinic, they gave us an X-ray and told us that there was a paw injury and put splints on the paw. In the evening, I began to notice that she began to weaken on the entire right side, and the next day I brought her back to this clinic. AC was examined by the doctor Akrom Athamovich, the head physician of this clinic!!! And after listening to my complaints that the kitten was falling over on the right side, he said: "Smear camphor oil on the right paw." So I tortured the kitten for 2 weeks. 2 days ago, I came to this clinic again!!!! Again, complaining that the kitten has problems with its hind and front paws, walks poorly, to which a young girl looked at the kitten and said that you had problems with your spine and sent us to another clinic, saying: "The equipment here is bad and the doctors are not very good." I found another doctor who came to the house, examined the kitten and said: "That the kitten did not have any bruised paws, she initially had a bruised back and dislocated vertebrae, which is a very long and painstaking treatment, because THANKS TO THIS CLINIC AND ILLITERATE DOCTORS, we missed 2 weeks!!!!!" If we had been diagnosed correctly initially, the kitten would be walking now without pain. We found an awesome doctor who comes to the house, and charges for a house call is NOT VERY expensive!!!! And in this clinic, it is unknown for what, I gave 145 thousand for an incorrect diagnosis!!!! So also the chief physician himself looked and appointed to smear the foot with camphor oil!!!!
