Diclofenac gel was written in the appointment (I did not give the appointment to the pharmacist). She gave me diclofenac-teva. I doubted, I did not understand what this name means, I thought some other gel with a different composition. I asked her to look at the appointment, because it says just diclofenac, not teva.
She answers: "What difference does it make to you? Did I ask you for a gel or a cream? You answered me, "I mean, what's the difference?
?? Yes, I asked for gel. But it says diclofenac-teva.
Then she explained to me that it was the name of the company. But the unpleasant aftertaste remained. It could have been explained this way initially if every customer would ask. And she will answer what difference does it make to you....then no one will fucking come to you.
