I do NOT advise!!!
I put 2 only for entertainment for children (a playground and a rope town with a climbing wall).
The territory is clean, but everything has been shabby since Soviet times.
The administrators are terrible (especially the woman who worked on 08/12/24)!!!They snap at all questions and pretend that I owe them something. The only normal person is Angelina's entertainment assistant.
Upon arrival, they said that the cafe is open until 22:00
We came to dinner with the children at 20:15 and it was closed!!! Somehow the administrator was rescued. She said she had left..No comments..
The room has rundown beds. There are rickety trash cans on the way, old bricks.. Next, we had a surprise with bed linen! I had to put it on myself and as it turned out - it doesn't fit! They gave 2 duvet covers and two small sheets for 5 people (photo attached). They wanted to change it, but there was no one else except the guard ((.
In the evening, one lantern works, you can't reach the house without a phone flashlight!
You can come for a day, but without an overnight stay!

Responsive staff, a good sauna, there is a complex for children's games and other entertainment for both children and adults. The air is very clean, there is a forest with coniferous trees around.

A disgusting place in the middle of a beautiful forest and a clear river.
The atmosphere is from the 70s, everything is dead, it is impossible to sleep on beds. It's softer on the floor.
3 days before the arrival of a large company, the sauna "broke down". And after paying the entire amount, the entertainment that was included in the price also broke down. In fact, they gave a 10p discount per person for the fact that half of the services did not work and the light was out for more than 4 hours. In summer, the heat is more than 25 degrees.
Boorish and incompetent staff became the cherry on the cake. They count on non-conflict fools who will sell low-quality services at the price of good estates. Think an extra 1000 times before choosing this place to relax. Especially with children.
The star is only for the instructor's girlfriend. She is the most adequate there.

The place is good, it's wonderful to relax with children. There is a lot of entertainment, a great sauna, nature around and silence. But there are also disadvantages. The comfort rooms have almost no furniture except beds and a small coffee table. All the things and food had to be kept on the floor. The trouble with toilets. We had 2 rooms and there were puddles and dampness in both toilets all the time. Toilet bowls were leaking onto the floor, but now the builders were on the territory and were going to fix the situation. There is also a problem with refrigerators. When booking, they said that there was a refrigerator in each room, but it turned out to be one small one for 4 rooms, which is for 20 people with full occupancy. At a temperature of 30 degrees outside, they also listened to reproaches from the cleaner that there was nothing to put drinks in the refrigerator)
The whole vacation was saved by the administrator Olga. Thanks a lot to her, she solved all the problems and we have wonderful memories. I also liked the rope town and the instructor Artyom. I hope that we will come back here more than once)

We had a rest last weekend, the place is wonderful, for outdoor recreation is what you need.And the price was just a shock, for 60 rubles and a sauna and a room and breakfast and all the entertainment, class. We advise you, the children will be fine too

A great place for a short break, for a few days. There were three days, on weekdays. Almost no one! The whole complex seems to be just for you)
Super fun! For both adults and children)
Rope park, archery, trampoline... And much more. There is a forest and a river all around (it would be great if they also improved it for recreation, boating, and fishing).
The recreation center is still gaining momentum, so the food in the cafe is delicious, but for me it is quite monotonous. There are not enough greens and vegetables.
The staff is helpful and polite, thank you)
I put four stars so that there is an incentive to turn around at full power and move forward.

Unfortunately, this place does not deserve any stars at all. I only give that one star to the instructor girl. She's the only normal person in this place.
The cons are EVERYTHING! The main thing is to lure you there, take the money and that's it. No one is responsible for anything. "Barmaids"- administrators will tell you a lot of "fairy tales", but the reality is completely different.
There is no sauna, and no one warns you about it, the laser tag does not work and no one even warns you.
Rope town is 3 insurances and if you eat with a large company, you will wait forever ...
Half-raw pancakes and maybe tea are waiting for your breakfast ...
And also the "barmaid" checks their "precious linen" before your departure... Which, you also have to put on and take off yourself.
I strongly advise against this place... Avoid it and choose a place not only based on positive reviews.
P.S. No one has reported anything in 5 days. And on Tuesday (we stopped by on Saturday), when I asked about the opening hours of the bathhouse and our appointment for it, I was told that the bathhouse does not work ...
If you like to eat undercooked foods, then no one forbids. But, once again, some of the pancakes were raw!

We were there on the weekend with my wife!
Pros ::--Nature, mushrooms, a river, a good bathhouse, gazebos for kebabs a lot, a lot of distinction for children from the word Very, very friendly staff- wonderful people -- thank them very much for the rest!
Cons :: there is no closet in the rooms, there is little furniture! As it is, everything is fine!
You can go, and especially with children!

Terrible impressions! We ordered comfort rooms for a month, after transferring the deposit, we called back and said that there was only an economy room, but a separate gazebo next to the house. Upon arrival, it turned out that the gazebo was 150 meters from the house and it was occupied) there was nothing in the room except dirty beds and towels!! The refrigerator is full of products from other visitors, the deposit was not returned, wasted time on the road and a spoiled mood!!!! I do not recommend this place!! The care workers said, "what did you want for this money?"

Locally, it is only gaining momentum. I liked. A nice room, not a suite of course, but we didn't come there to sit in the room either). There is not enough cold if there is not one of its own. Entertainment for both children and adults. Starting from board games, ending with a tourist trap. There is a sauna (I really wasn't there myself). Gazebos with barbecues, a football and volleyball field. A large company will find something to do. The food is delicious. Cabbage soup and pancakes were more than edible. I will definitely come again.
