A pleasant place to have a snack, charge your phone, and relax before departure. Clean, tasty, not particularly varied snacks, there are fruits, yoghurts, alcohol. When there is a time limit, no one expels, although they warn in advance about this possibility.
One of the disadvantages is that there are no private areas at all, no chairs. Just tables and chairs. The hall itself is small. Pretty cozy.
If you ask for a service, they will give it to you.

A very small business lounge. But in comparison with most regional BZ in Russia, they are quite diverse snacks (it seemed to me that the cuisine has a bias towards an Indian accent).
There was strong alcohol.
There is a microwave for heating dishes.
They track the number of hours spent in the BZ - we were kicked out after the time expired.
In general, a good business plan.

The business lounge in the international departures area at Baku airport made a strange impression, it is difficult to call it a business, only a hall. Rather , a cafeteria for an unreasonably high price . Uncomfortable furniture, no toilet, an unfriendly and incompetent employee at the reception. The food is tasteless , in fact there is nothing to eat , the pastries are inedible . But there is alcohol for those who like to drink and for all this you have to pay for both a good business lounge and a 2- hour stay. On the plus side, there was a friendly employee who kept the hall clean, but I do not recommend the hall itself.
