The staff is boorish, especially the cashiers, as if they are forced to work here, rude and rude in response, purely pretentious faces are gloomy, as if you came to their house and disturbed their peace. In general, the place is terrible. The burgers themselves are of terrible quality, either they did it so badly on purpose, or they always do it, the burger itself is falling apart, it tastes terrible, it tastes better and much tastier, I'm generally shocked how such a brand has slipped. In Moscow, everything is very tasty and the service is good, here the horror is complete.
I do not recommend anyone to come here.

Delicious, juicy and powerful! Pleasant staff, beautiful location and very good food, near the northern avenue, you can take a walk before / after a meal.

They position themselves as a premium burger joint. There is a steak burger on the menu, I asked to cook Medium Rear, they brought a Well Done sole, as a result they gave another one, cooked in the same way, but BEETROOT was added to simulate Medium Rear(!). They referred to the fact that the meat is thin, and they cannot cook medium roast. If you don't know how to cook a steak, you don't need to take it. Do not disgrace the franchise, go to Russia for an internship, or offer an alternative on the shore
