Don't be fooled by beautiful photos. The hotel is tired, to put it mildly. Our room was on the 4th floor. The only way up was by a steep spiral staircase in the basement. The front door is thin, essentially an interior door. The room itself is small. There's a gaping hole in the wall where the air conditioner pipes are. Because of this, you can hear from the street, as if a window is open. Don't expect any beautiful view, window to window. The kettle turns off by pulling it out of the socket, the button does not work. There's trouble in the bathroom at all. The sink is leaking, and there's always been a puddle on the floor. Towels are not provided for your feet. There's not a single shelf in the shower for shampoo or anything else. The food is monotonous, but acceptable. The staff is polite, but there is more than one star for this. It's better to pay extra and find a better hotel.

A well-worn guest. Very tired. Everything is worn and shabby. The main advantage is the location. Very friendly cleaning lady in the rooms. Polite, conscientious. A very friendly worker in the kitchen, all with a smile and with care. Lovely women. The breakfast is excellent. There is a large selection of dishes. I'm not a demanding tourist. I was satisfied with everything. But I can't put five down.

I do not know how the other rooms are
I'm talking specifically for room 105, on the 1st floor
It's terribly cold in the bathroom and it stinks of the basement, things don't dry.
The room has a small window, also broken, from which the wind is blowing and the audibility from the street is decent.(I am attaching a photo of the window, a separate kind of "art ")
On the second day, they asked me to solve something with the window, at least to seal it from the outside - of course they didn't decide)
Although we offered our services in sealing the window, if we were given cardboard and tape)
Audibility is kapets, above us is the dining room.chairs are being moved -it feels like it's happening in your head.
IN GENERAL, IF THIS IS A HOTEL, THEN DEFINITELY DON'T LIVE IN THE BASEMENT.or it depends on what kind of money)
THERE ARE ADVANTAGES!!!!!!
- towels are changed every day
-the location of the hotel
-the breakfasts are normal (we enjoyed everything for at least 3 days)

The price/quality ratio is just great! We had a two-room suite with a sea view! We took it without breakfast, we tried it once, but we didn't like it. Otherwise, everything was fine.

I really liked it, they gave me a large family room alone, despite the fact that I had a super economy hotel in the historical center, a convenient location .

An honest three without frills. The breakfasts are normal. The staff is friendly. The location is very good.
The hotel has one undoubted advantage - the location. Not far from Hagia Sophia, on a narrow street, along which two cars will hardly separate. The view from our window to the Marmara Sea. That's just for the view and I give 3 stars. Everything else is bad. The building is old. The rooms are cramped, the furniture is battered, the plumbing is too. The wifi is bad. Breakfast is monotonous, but 2-3 days can be sustained. There's not a soul on the street in the evening, it's unpleasant. The bedding for the sofa was brought after three requests. The room is divided into two halves by a partition - in one of them the air conditioner did not work.

My sister and I were in Istanbul from November 4th to 11th.We lived in this hotel. It is located in the historical center.
The living conditions were good. The rooms are clean, towels were changed every day. The room had a safe, refrigerator, kettle, hairdryer, slippers, gels.
The staff and administrators were polite, they spoke to us in Russian.
The food was also quite satisfied.
The most important thing is that everything we came to visit is within walking distance:ancient monuments, the Bosphorus, the Sea of Marmara and just the city.
The only thing that everyone needs to keep in mind is to walk a lot on stone pavements (this is not asphalt), you need comfortable shoes😀

On the top floor there are good views of the Bosphorus and the courtyards of old Istanbul. Cats and dogs are seen and heard at night. The room is small, but sufficient for a 5-day stay in the city, provided that you do not sit in the room all day. One very big advantage is that all the sights are nearby, you can walk. Breakfast is moderate - you won't get fat. Be careful with the transfer to and from the airport - they ask for more than agreed.
