I do not recommend contacting this company. The work is not done efficiently, the laminate has risen in several places. To fix the shortcomings, they had to be called for several weeks. The master who laid is fired. They don't fix it themselves, look for the one who put it. The installation of the skirting board is a separate story. They do not respond to messages, they are rude on the phone. They say you didn't understand for yourself that we answered you and these are your problems. Look for someone else if you need to. Write reviews, I don't care. And they hang up the phone. There is no customer orientation.

And so, the commander of this "ship" is Alexey, Alya is a sales consultant, and most importantly, he is frozen from God (more on that later....), all in one bottle. Taking the roulette in his hands, Alexey, like a real samurai, began waving it, clearly fingering his fingers and calculators in order to accurately measure everything, and later announced the cost. The movers, the handsome ones, delivered everything and put it neatly. The installation masters worked 100% on the installation, but as it turned out during the installation process, we almost did not have enough... and there was only 1-2 extra pieces left from the laminate. We agreed that they would finish how everything would arrive, but still merged, as did Mr. Samurai Alexey himself. I decided to call Alexey to explain why it was not enough, and how he measured it so, to which I received the answer that everything would be fine, everything would be delivered and this happens.. In general, I fed breakfast and did not deliver anything, although I said that the movers were already knocking on my door))). Alexey likes to post videos on Instagram where he calls those who changed their minds about contacting him chushpans. The only question is, Alexey, who is the real chushpan here? I don't think I can find a worse approach to working with clients, I was canceled 4 times for the delivery of my goods, without notifying me. 4 times I freed up my time to accept an order that was never sent to me. The head himself created a conflict that he did not even try to solve. He simply stopped responding to my calls and messages. What is the reason, it is still a mystery, you dial 5 times, in 3 days, 1 time he picks up, promises to call back and disappears. As I understand it, I communicated with Alexey, who is the owner. So, in any case, I do not advise you to place orders in this store. Otherwise, like me, you will lose a couple of weeks of time, you will shift your plans, and then you will order at another store with normal service) How this passenger works is a mystery to many. Having visited this organization for the first time on 24.09.23, we were left with a slight impression that the seller was not extremely persistent and listened to all the wishes. And recommended the right laminate.
Unfortunately, because we arrived at the district at 14:30, we did not have time to arrange an installment plan, because we did not really know how much and what we needed. We decided that we would order through an online store or drive up on any other working day. Having arrived already on 26.09.23, at 12 o'clock in the afternoon, the seller was not at the workplace. The person deigned to answer the phone calls after a while. And he said that he had lunch. Although, this was not mentioned anywhere. In operation mode, that's for sure. Speaking of coming back after 5 minutes, 10 minutes have passed, and he has not returned.

No customer orientation. I was a potential client. Who was ready to purchase the product right now, despite the negative reviews of this organization. So to speak, I gave an attempt to this organization. Unfortunately, the miracle did not happen).

We ordered laminate flooring and as a result they delivered different shades to us, and the manager Alexey excused himself by saying that this is how it should be. There is no feedback, as soon as they receive the money, it is not possible to get through to them. It is better not to waste your money and nerves and do not order goods from them.

We are very disappointed with the work of this company.
They were invited to take measurements with samples in an apartment that they did not live in due to repairs. We were promised to arrive from 18:00 to 21:00.
We waited. Tired after work. And in the apartment the walls were empty, there was not even a toilet…
As a result, no one came. They didn't even call to warn me that it wasn't working. And they didn't call back at all.
I was on my way home and I was crying. What is this attitude for? I can understand force majeure, etc. but you can at least call…Be human.
Their Instagram is beautiful, but their attitude towards customers is not.

I don't recommend it. Of course, they were delivered on time, at least it pleases. We agreed to lay it down a couple of days after delivery, the day of laying - there is no one, we forgot to write it down. Postponed to another week - the master just threw it into the ignore. I had to put it myself, as a result - two pieces of linoleum did not have enough length. Suggested substitutions of one to hide the missing part of the other segment. For 3 days in a row they said, "Dada, they will bring it today."
The staff is very fond of being rude and ignoring.
It's better not to waste your nerves and order somewhere else

As a result, linoleum that does not match the size, pattern, and even defective. The seller has no logic at all. Light skirting boards were brought to the dark linoleum. The laymen are absolute. Take care of your time and nerves, don't mess around. It is very difficult to return the money later.

So our order was made here, we were even offered a measurer, but my husband measured everything himself, as a result, we purchased laminate flooring for the children's room (bought under a tree of a gently light shade), gray was taken into the living room and dark brown, so saturated, into the bedroom. The quality is very good, I feel the laminate and feel every tree pattern as if on a slice. The laminate has already been laid for us, we were satisfied.

We ordered linoleum from this company.The delivery took place on the agreed date. The linoleum consisted of two rolls 1.5 and 4 meters wide. I discovered the defect only at the time of laying the product on the floor - when comparing the two rolls, there was a clear difference in shades. We contacted Maxim's manager with this problem by sending a photo, to which we received an answer that this was not a marriage and to eliminate such a problem it was necessary to order linoleum from one roll (which would be more expensive and in the future a large remainder of unused material), although we were not warned about this in advance. He attached the manufacturer's comment to his answer: "different shades within the same batch are unacceptable, and different rolls = different batches, there may be different shades, and this is not a marriage. If the buyer wants a 100% match, you need to take from one video with an overpayment for extra meters." Naturally, there were no offers of exchange, refund or compensation. At this point, they considered it necessary to close the issue without solving it in any way. I will not contact this company anymore, and I will not advise anyone. They did their job in bad faith, "brushing off" the client when asked to solve the problem.

I'm changing my positive review to a negative one!!! The company's employees showed their incompetence, did not correctly measure the required number of baseboards and connectors to them. We paid off on time, but as a result we don't have enough skirting boards. They had to bring the right amount, at the agreed time, as a result, they were fed breakfast on delivery for almost 2 days, and they also wanted to charge money for the delivery. Logistics is zero, it works at random. Customer orientation is in the red. Be vigilant!!! I highly recommend not using the services of this company!!!
