A modest hotel, in a great location, almost the first line. The sea is across the street. The rooms are very modest, but there are the most necessary things (air conditioning, hairdryer, shower, refrigerator). The breakfasts are meager, monotonous, the whole vacation breakfast is the same. There is no way in the evening, when you come after excursions or just relaxing, to even pour a glass of water or tea. The rooms were not well cleaned, but the stairwells on all floors were sticky and dirty. They work out their C grade....

Someone didn't like the manager, I talked to him normally, maybe you just need to treat people like a human being, not like a pig, and they will also treat you and not eat salty nuts and chips in bed, you don't do that at home. The location is ideal, the sea and the bus stop are 2-3 minutes away. And in general, with what mood you will arrive, you will have a rest!!!

There is a beautiful beach nearby.But all the positive aspects end there, there is no refrigerator in the rooms. Breakfast, "one name" is better to take only accommodation, without breakfast. The horror! There is no iron, hair dryer, refrigerator in the room and on site. It stinks of sewage and tobacco. The bedding, furniture, and now my clothes are smoked! Lighting is only in the bathroom, there is no provision in the room. The room is 2.5 by 3 mert. The owner of the hotel works every day until 18.00 and smokes all the time near the entrance to the hotel. The smoke is being sucked into the hotel and into all the rooms. Wi-Fi is only available at the reception, there is no Wi-Fi in the room. To iron clothes, you need to go to the laundry two blocks away. I paid 50 lira to iron two T-shirts and shorts (May 2023). I wrote a negative review during my stay, a separate guide called and told me to delete the review. Mold and peeling plaster were painted on top without first scraping off. The owner turns to "you" and made a remark to him through the hotel guide, so the owner stopped greeting me and the number of towels in the room decreased. He sees me and turns away. There is not always hot water. When leaving the room, the keys must be left on the reception desk, the loss of the key is $ 100. In the evening, there is a change of staff who are unfamiliar with you and can give the keys to anyone. The hotel is not responsible for the safety. Upon check-in, the owner gives you a piece of paper like "hotel rules", following which you can not bring food with you. Therefore, nothing surprised me, since I myself worked in tourism in Antalya for 18 years. The main room is a shower and a TV. The usual friendliness. I constantly cleaned the room, changed the linen and towels. According to the prices for this season, I personally have no complaints.

Soapy only on arrival. Take it with you! There was always toilet paper. Both the bed and towels were changed, but not daily. The garbage was also taken out, but sometimes we picked it up ourselves and threw it into a container on the way to the beach. They cleaned normally. The breakfasts are Turkish, monotonous. Tired of it in 2 weeks. It should be understood that this is a guest house, not a full-fledged hotel. That is, you are visiting the owner in his private house. The pool is small and does not work around the clock. The graph is written on the information board. It is aimed at refreshing yourself during the day, in the hottest weather, and not making Olympic swims. There is no cooler and titanium with boiling water, do not make tea or coffee in the afternoon, unless you have a boiler with you. There are no balconies in many rooms, they were dried in the courtyard in a special place. There is plastic furniture in the common yard, use it at least all day. There are a lot of cats on the territory, they didn't bother us. It is better to take rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors with windows facing north or east, on the 4th it will be hot from the flat roof. The hotel shares a wall with the neighboring building from the west, there are no windows there. The hotel has an elevator, as well as rooms without full-fledged windows, with a window into a common corridor or a laundry yard with communications. The local flavor came to us all around. An area with villas and bougainvillea blooms everywhere. Near Shok shops, 10 min - Migros, a square and parks, near a bus stop both to the center, the old town of Kaleichi, and to the cable car. But impressions largely depend on the number you receive, the cost of the tour and how lucky you are with the weather. With small children, I probably won't recommend it, but a couple even very much. But we knew where we were going. Therefore, we were prepared. The exchanger is a bit far, about 15 minutes on foot. The staff knows a little Russian. If you take a large tour bus and the driver does not know where this hotel is located, then call the Sea Life hotel a landmark, from it to your 2 min walk.

We rested for 15 days from the end of May to the middle of June 2023. We took a standard room with breakfast. We arrived first with a group of 4 people, then several more families came to us. The hotel is minimalistic, and super for your money, and this is 34 thousand / person at the time of purchase, in 15 days. There is no iron. refrigerator, and places to dry things)) Unfortunately, the Internet is only available in the lobby, but this problem is solved by buying a local SIM card for 2,400 rubles. The breakfast is hearty, you eat enough and walk quietly until lunch. The hotel is suitable for those who do not sit still and like to walk, explore, swim and sunbathe on the beach. We didn't sit idly by all day, but went to the sights, mountains, waterfalls, the zoo, went boating, rode bikes, so there was no time to sit in the hotel. Next year, if there are attractive prices, we will probably return here

So: the only advantage of this "hotel" is that it is located 100 meters from the sea. That's it!!! There are no more advantages. During the day, the owner happens, he is still a greedy and offended person. He hates children. There is no refrigerator anywhere. You go into the pool, he will sit and stare at you until you come out. The rooms are shabby, the shower cabin is leaking and there are always puddles in the bathroom. Balconies are given only to the chosen ones)))Of course, there is a lot to write, especially the negative, but it's understandable. Have a nice trip to everyone!!! )))

I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO TO THIS HOTEL!!!!
I rarely write reviews, and they are always positive, but I can't help myself…
I state everything point by point:
1. The host is an obese Turk who believes that the hotel guests owe him something. On the very first day, we wanted to change the room from a standard room to a family room and pay extra for it accordingly. To which he yelled and generally told us to get out of the hotel. It was only after I threatened to call the police that he calmed down.
2. In the heat of 42 degrees, the hotel does not even have a water cooler.
3. There are no refrigerators in the rooms. There is no shared refrigerator either.
4. For breakfast, they give such a portion that the cat is not enough. There is no milk, no cereal, no fruit for children, nothing. When we were there, people bought groceries and tried to feed themselves somehow.
5. There are no balconies in a standard room for two, respectively, there is nowhere to dry towels and swimsuits. They hung it on a rope in the yard. Dry your underwear wherever and however you want.
6. If you are traveling alone, you will be given a room of 4 sq. m. The air conditioner will blow right into your head.
7. Wi-Fi is only available at the reception desk downstairs. And it almost never works. I had to use Wi-Fi on the beach.
8. The hotel has a small tank called a swimming pool, but you can not swim in it after 17.30. That's what the host told the guests from Belarus. It is also unclear where it is written.
9. The rooms are not cleaned at all, they just wave a dirty rag and leave.
10. Bed linen and towels are changed once a week. That's what the owner ordered.
THE CONCLUSION IS THIS: do not be fooled by the fact that the hotel is located next to the sea. There are plenty of other hotels on the coast and everything is plus or minus nearby. BUT DON'T SET FOOT IN THE BODENSEE HOTEL!

The room is tiny, without a balcony (room 412). A small window looks out into an incomprehensible glazed room - the space between this and the neighboring hotel. There is no ventilation in the room, water was constantly flowing from the sink to the floor. Things can be dried outside
The room was not cleaned. In 8 days, the floor was wiped twice, the towels were not changed once, once we took out the garbage ourselves. Gel / shampoo / soap is given only upon arrival. We bought a normal soap in migros
There is no water in the cooler or bottled, a 0.5 bottle costs 3.5 lira (near the Shock store, there is water worth 0.75 lira, keep in mind)
Breakfast is the same every day (I quote my husband: Spartan breakfast): a slice of tomato, three slices of cucumber, an egg, a piece of cheese, two pieces of sausage, olives, two cigars of berek, jam, honey, butter (well, like butter, if you can read Turkish - margarine with butter flavor) bread. Coffee with powdered milk, tea. It is better to take it without breakfast and go to neighboring restaurants, there are many of them here. We ate at Bizim Çörbacı, a very pleasant place
The hotel does not have a beach, the paid beach is 80-100 rubles for two people per day. We bought an umbrella for 100 lire, went to a public one. The public one is dirty, the locals litter a lot.
The day before departure, they said that departure was at 11:00 (not 12:00 in accordance with the international system, although the address says at 12). It was the last straw that prompted me to write a negative review.
The hotel is for very unassuming tourists, it is suitable only if you are not going to live in the hotel, but will go on excursions.
On the plus side - close to the beach, good accessibility to restaurants, shops and public transport, no theft in the room.
They made a big mistake when buying, bought a tour for 66 thousand, prices were rising every day, they said on the radio and in the news that Turkey was getting more expensive. After 10 days, the tour cost 53 thousand, over the years of travel, we have never lost so much. The hotel is certainly not worth the money.
Excursions were taken at tunar travel, I really liked it, you can book online, there is only one travel agency near the hotel and that is barely alive.

WiFi is available. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby, a 10-minute bus ride from Migros 5M and an amusement Park. The old town of Kaleci with many shops is a 20-minute drive away, I recommend that sweet lovers find a Tuğba store there. And of course a good beach, pebbles and, as a result, the purest sea.
