I would not advise anyone to contact Bodro.by 9 months after purchasing a massage cape in this store, I handed over the goods to the seller for warranty repair. 1.5 months later, the same problem occurred with the same breakdown. In this regard, I asked to replace my product with a product of proper quality, which was refused to me. At the same time, the store director interprets vaccinations and the Law on Consumer Protection in his own way, uses false information in written responses. When the question arose about the delivery of goods to my home address, I was told that I should do it at my own expense, although the Law explicitly states that the goods for repair and after it are delivered at the seller's expense. After talking with the store's employees, especially with its director, I had an extremely unpleasant impression on my question.
