My favorite fitness studio! The wonderful cozy atmosphere, the personal attention of a highly professional coach, the caring attitude of the administrators Anastasia and Marina, the stylish interior, in general, all this won my heart.
Based on the effects of training, I can say that in 25 minutes I get more benefits than from 2 hours in a regular gym. I already feel the recomposition of the body (in 2 months of classes), increased endurance and simply improved well-being and mood.
I am currently studying with coach Sultan, before that I was coached by Kirill. Both are great, I recommend them from the bottom of my heart.
I will buy a subscription for six months, EMS in BodyPoint is my love.

I went for cryolipolysis, abdominal area. The procedure went well, the doctor is attentive and careful. I left 60,000. Before that, I had been doing sports 4 times a week for 3 months, and took a week-long break for the procedure. I lost 9 centimeters in my stomach in three months and more than one in three weeks after the procedure. Although I have already lost 2 kg in weight due to training. So that didn't work on me.

Who wants to do cryolipolysis - don't make my mistakes! The procedure has not proven to be effective. Look at the materials on the Internet - there are plenty of revelations. Here, in fact, people are being fooled for good money. The most effective way to correct the figure is sports and nutrition, well, or either lipoxation. Cryolipolysis is just a dummy. It didn't help me to lose even 1 kg. Although I followed all the recommendations and did the procedure 2 times

My skin has always reacted to any procedure with redness and irritation. Because I have rosacea. But Heleo4 was an exception. The procedures turned out to be so gentle that for the first time I was able to treat the skin without consequences.
