But it would be nice for the nurses to be more polite...

I broke my leg in 2023. I had 2 operations and 1 more on the waiting list, 2 months in a cast, 1 month to recover. The impressions are the most positive, because there is something to compare with, a few years ago I removed appendicitis in this institution. The wards and corridors have been renovated, ergonomic light control for each patient and the presence of an outlet at each bed, very pleased. Proper nutrition helped to lose as much as 4 kg in 2 months, without any physical exertion. The staff is friendly and good-natured. Huge greetings to Maruk Alexey Nikolaevich from the entire 605th chamber of traumatology. I promised that I would learn to play the violin with a broken leg, I hope and try to make it so, although I still can't lift the bow to my shoulder. Age is ... you come young with a problem: why did you come so early, you can live with it.. If the general practitioner does not know what the cause of the patient's malaise is, nothing is offered... Neither an examination, nor a trip to a narrow specialist.... If they can't help on the spot, you need to get a referral to the regional one ... It's not easy to take coupons to doctors... And you will come to the doctor by a miracle taking a ticket, the office and the office are empty... So where are the people? Then why not take the ticket? My mother was recently in neurology and she got sick in the left hypochondrium. During the 10 days she was in the hospital, they did not even invite a surgeon to examine her according to her profile... In short, total indifference... that's the impression of our CGB...

On 09.11.23, a planned laparoscopic cholecystectomy + plastic surgery of the anterior abdominal wall was performed. Such operations are carried out very often in the Zhodinsky hospital. I am a resident of Smolevichi, but I chose the Zhodinsky TSGB and did not lose! Real professionals work in the surgery department! I was operated on by the Singer O. V., I am very grateful to him! Everything went great! Nurses are understanding, you can ask any question. The conditions (beds, bathroom, toilets, bidet, refrigerator) are normal. There is a buffet that is open until 8 pm on weekdays. You can meet your family in the evenings. They feed well! For those who are used to all sorts of goodies, I recommend taking salt and sausage with you 😆 Lay for another week after the operation. The sick leave was issued quickly, because I'm from another city. I am very happy with everything! Not to compare with the hospital in my city. I express my gratitude to all the doctors, nurses and staff of the department!! Health and success!!

A terrible hospital, namely the surgical department. There is no medicine of its own. You buy everything yourself. The water is hot and rusty. They're rude. Nutritionally, it's also disgusting. They don't even always have sugar. The head doctor of the hospital absolutely does not react. A non-caring relationship. Not doctors, but there are no words. How they take such people to the medical school. I would really like to organize an unscheduled inspection of the hospital.

In general, the doctors are not bad.. But, according to the list: - the staff is irresponsible: people are allowed to enter the floors during the day, they are forbidden in the evening; - doctors don't tell you what's wrong with the patient. The type, you can guess. When relatives ask a question, one phrase with a diagnosis.. and everything.. it is necessary to extract all the information... They also do not explain anything to the patients themselves, they came, asked a couple of questions, and left; - they're rude in the waiting room. It's worth asking any question, right in the shoulders: oh, you don't want to be treated?? Goodbye. Make your own conclusions. There is no communication with patients, but the diagnoses are correct.

Is there such a "special" attitude towards all nonresidents there? Nurses are generally a separate conversation. This is where else there is such a thing that people would queue for coupons from 03.00 and to no avail. On November 28, in the evening, we had to go to the reception of the central city hospital. A 2.8-year-old child has a temperature of 39.5, it does not get off, it has already started to have a fever. There were 17.20 in the reception area, an employee (a woman in age)who framed us, it's just A HORROR, A SHAME, HOW CAN YOU TREAT PEOPLE, CHILDREN LIKE THAT!!! I took an hour and a half, I took an injection to lower the temperature after 1 hour and 20 minutes. Despite the fact that she does not know how to address people, she did not give the injection normally. She raised her voice at the child, her ass is all blue!!! Find a job you like, so that it brings you pleasure!!! You can't work with people and especially not with children!!! I would like to thank the attending pediatrician GARBOR (unfortunately I don't remember the initials). thank you!!!

I put 3 points, since the level of the hospital, despite good repairs, is very low, firstly, for most of the tests, which are free in Minsk, here you will be asked to pay a tidy sum, secondly, they did not do an urgent operation, the seam was left as if they were trying to cut a horse))) Thirdly, if you have a rare disease, 90 percent of the people who will make the wrong diagnosis, there was an applicant, almost killed a young girl of 17 years old. Fourthly, there is simply an increased mortality rate in the hospital, lying down for five days and not seeing someone's death is not realistic, which of course will not have a very good effect on your health. Fifth, the hospital regime is very similar to the prison one, I was lying here and in Minsk, there is something to compare it with))) I advise you not to use this institution if possible, only as a last resort.

The hospital is so-so, average, if you don't have at least some familiar doctor there, then the service and treatment will be so-so, biased and the attitude won't matter, but everything changes if you have familiar doctors there on staff, and even better if you pay them a little extra from above, and bring a box of chocolates or something else then everything will be fine, and imported medicines will be found and you will go through all the necessary procedures and you will be given a separate room for free, something like that... but this is probably the case in most public medical institutions.
