The cafe is conveniently located, cozy inside. The choice of pastries and cakes is decent. There is also an assortment of homemade chocolate. In principle, this is one of the oldest coffee shops in new Uzbekistan. That's just the service in this cafe negates all the efforts of the main team. I'm talking specifically about tables on the street. Why have they been installed if they are not serviced? Why do you do this to customers? I felt such discomfort twice, they didn't even come up to me after I asked the girl at the checkout. I silently left the place after 15 minutes of waiting. Fortunately, many decent cafes have opened on this street.

Excellent and high-quality food, always made from fresh ingredients, one of the most delicious coffees in my opinion in the city. I order delivery more often, but I also visit the restaurant periodically. The staff is responsive, there are always a lot of people, but the service is not "lame". The pricing policy is average and above average. Excellent pastries and desserts. One of my favorite places in the city.

Bon Coffee Shop is my place of strength in Tashkent. Since I moved here, I come here almost every day: I work at my laptop, I am inspired by the atmosphere, I enjoy the service.
Everything is thought out here for the comfort of the guests. For those who, like me, come with a laptop, there are sockets at hand, comfortable tables and silence, which helps to concentrate. The atmosphere of the establishment is a separate story: calm, cozy, literally embracing warmth and tranquility.
But I want to say a special thank you to the waiter named Sardorbek. This is a person who does not just work, but lives by his work. He is always friendly, attentive, ready to help and offer something new. He is already so used to my visits that he knows my orders by heart. Every time, even if I come with a slightly sad mood, I leave with a smile.
If you need a place to work, relax or just have a cup of excellent coffee, Bon is a point on the map of Tashkent that is definitely worth a visit.

"Yesterday I visited the Bon coffee shop on Shooter-Ustavelli Street. The coffee is really delicious, the pastries are fresh, and the place itself leaves a pleasant impression. But, unfortunately, there was an unpleasant situation with the staff at the checkout.
I paid for an order in the amount of 75,000 soums, but 74,000 came out at the checkout. The cashier (a girl of Slavic appearance, overweight) did not want to return 1,000 soums, citing the lack of change. After my insistence, the money was still not returned.
I think that such situations spoil the overall impression of the institution. The coffee shop is good, but I would like the cashiers to be more attentive and show respect to customers. I hope the management will pay attention to this point.”

I really like this chain of cafes. Quiet, atmospheric, delicious and not very expensive. Cappuccino and tiramisu are a great snack. You can also have breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The coffee on shot rustaveli is not delicious, and the lid always falls out or the medium cups constantly run out and they cook on large ones, so it's not pleasant and uncomfortable to drink. I would like everything to be as it should be and there is often no lactose-free milk. And the cashiers at the shota Rustaveli branch don't pay attention to the customer's request, either the salad is not the one she ordered, they put in the cocoa that she asked to make warm for the child, they cook hot. Considering these nuances, I haven't been there for a long time. It seems like small things, but important elements, especially for coffee lovers. In the filial at Fidokor, the coffee is delicious and has a thick foam.

Bon is a coffee shop that I've been going to since I was 13. Now I'm 28 and we go there with my children. The menu is updated frequently and you can always try something new, while the dishes that I ate at the coffee shop and 15 years ago remain. The most favorite of them are galette with salmon, fili steak sandwich. Desserts are also very tasty — I tried everything. Favorites are chocolate—covered almonds, croissant with chocolate, brownie, honey cake, caramel cheesecake. Surprisingly, with such good quality, Bon keeps prices very affordable for Tashkent. This is my favorite place, where it is always delicious for me.
