On the good side: We must pay tribute to the bus drivers Alexander and Andrey: 1) We drove the bus perfectly, carefully and most importantly safely along the way. 2) They kept things clean and tidy. 3) In communication, they treated every passenger with respect. 4) Showed initiative with the help of luggage, etc. About the vehicle: 1) The bus is modern and for this trip (price - quality) is fully consistent 2) The technical part is generally uncomplicated, which contributed to comfortable movement. 3) WiFi was working fine. 4) The sockets are serviceable. Now about the unexpected and not so good: 1) A direct flight from Tiraspol to St. Petersburg on a comfortable bus turned out to be with a transfer to busik 350 km from the destination. 2) A very old, semi-cargo bus, without interior trim, with exactly vertical backs for bullying the back. 3) The noise of the road was not drowned out even by rap and rock, which the driver Denis turned on at his discretion in between phone calls. A bead flew through the night on a rainy road, overtaking everything in its path. The request to stop, talk on the phone, or figure out something else that he needed on the phone was received with bewilderment and a remark: "What's scary?" I had to explain that there is compliance with traffic regulations, why 7 passengers trusted their safety on the Bon Voyage road and who they pay for the service.

When compared with other carriers, Bon Voyage is inferior to them.: - in relation to drivers and passengers; - other carriers in Romania provide free lunch, as if they specifically make stops in expensive places with paid toilets.; - Bon Voyage, having a modern bus, does not monitor the equipment in the cabin, the individual screens built into the seat backs did not work for us; - we had seats in the penultimate row, if you recline the chair properly, you cause discomfort to those who are in the last row. I think that passengers should be warned about this when selling them tickets to such places! The trip is long, almost three days! Why, after paying the same money as everyone else, do people who bought tickets to these places not travel in the same conditions as others? I will no longer choose this company and I do not recommend it to others for a trip from Moscow-Moldova-Moscow.

We were traveling from Moscow to Moldova. Four people were dropped off at the Latvian border. Everything was in order with the documents. The reason was not explained. The money for the ticket was not refunded. The drivers didn't even try to help the passengers. They didn't warn us before the trip that they just might not miss it, but they took 100% of the money. It would be correct to pay the full amount after crossing the border. Be careful to clarify all these questions.
