In my Instagram post, I indicated that I needed a place to store my personal belongings, to which they reacted positively. When I arrived with two bags of 5 kg each, I was suddenly told that the locker costs 100 rubles.
Honestly, I'm already stunned at this stage.
At my request to warn new masters about such a system, the admin began to roll barrels at me and almost under a magnifying glass to look for my question in the chat about the storage location.
Then she didn't even apologize for the inconvenience, didn't ask if I had any things with me, and then she talked to me on "you", then on "you", which was very unpleasant.
When I put my things away, I realized that it would be very inconvenient for me to look for colors in a large bag, I just packed up, they also asked me to pay for 2 hours and didn't even ask what I didn't like and why I was leaving.
In general, there is zero customer orientation. I was terribly unhappy!
It's a good example of how in a place that looks good, employees don't give a damn about new customers.
