I visit the gym. One of the advantages is the coach. Among the disadvantages: the air conditioner does not work, the gym is too small, one set of dumbbells is not enough for everyone. You can also use more simulators. My hands are dirty after training. Who cleans the inventory? Probably no one. And they don't take small amounts of money.
