This is the second time she has visited this store, and every time she is absolutely delighted! The staff is very polite, they will always offer water/ tea, sweets, they are competent in matters of the store's assortment, they never offer "just to buy", only what you or your loved ones will use.
I want to go back there again and again! And what a gorgeous interior there is, and the location of the equipment is a real pleasure for the eyes! I recommend you to visit!

Today I decided to order capsules for the New Year, it turns out that the accessories for this device have been discontinued and their release is not expected. The price was not small initially, about 18 thousand. Now it turns out that you can throw away the device, because there are no accessories for it. Now I'm afraid that most of the products are designed for a short period of use.

I am very disappointed with the Bork service, I did not expect it, I am upset and upset! I ordered a birthday gift for a loved one on the bork website 1.10, paid for the goods in full! The manager wrote to me that as soon as the goods are delivered to the courier service, they will contact me and notify me of the planned delivery ... unfortunately, the bork representative did not fulfill his promise, later I independently began to find out where my goods are and when they arrive to me and oh, horror, I find out that the goods have been transferred to the DPD transport company and expect me to receive it no earlier than 11.10... having expressed her surprise and the need to receive the parcel before the specified time, the manager assured me that she would take the shipment under personal control and do everything possible so that I received my goods! Unfortunately, I did not receive the goods on 11.10, 12.10 and 13.10, and the bork company, shifting all responsibility to the transport company, unsubscribes with apologies and says expect the goods on 16.10 ... that's how the birthday and mood are spoiled from lack of control and unwillingness to support the service ...I'm not sure that my parcel with the goods will come to me on 16.10... but bork's "high service and responsibility" has been assuring me for two weeks that everything is under control and they apologize to me ... consumer rights have been violated and besides, the seller in the person of bork shifts his relationship and problems with the transport company to the buyer... it's sad that the company did not solve the problem in another way when force majeure arose, except to apologize , and not solving the problem of sending a similar product in the shortest possible way and in the shortest possible time, but thereby saving face and service

Previously, my wife and I bought quite a lot in BORKe:equipment, knives, gifts. We decided to buy a washing robot vacuum cleaner. We went to the salon on the New Riga (Riga Pier). There are no customers in the store, two managers: a man and a woman. On my request to show and tell my wife about this product, none of the sellers even reacted!!! They continued to study: one with her phone, the other just turned away. The service is below the baseboard. They turned around and left.
