The most difficult thing that the Titans had to do was to dismantle the alarm system with a bunch of strays. Small shoals sometimes happened... But in general, I am happy with everything.

We drove the car for inspection before buying. They gave out a paper that it was necessary to restore the caliper, change the steering tip, support bearings, handbrake cables, rear bumpers. When we bought a car and came to another service to change it all, it turned out that the professionals from Titan did not see that the front shock absorbers and bumpers were dead, the steering rack was leaking, the rear crankshaft oil seal was leaking, the wishbones with silent blocks were being changed, the front silent blocks were being changed, oil was leaking in the front timing plate. With not the smallest price to check, not noticing this - well, I don't even know what to call it, probably incompetence and indifference.

The bottom line is, I came to Infinity g35 and asked to diagnose the suspension, which I was told was the caliper knocking, as a result, the two lower levers were to blame for everything both from the left and from the right!!!! It was not repaired at this station!!! After that, all the knocks disappeared!

I took my VW Touran 2016 there to replace the timing belt, tensioners, and drive belt pump.
After the replacement, five days later, there was a rumble when driving coasting after 50, which disappeared when braking and pressing the gas pedal.
I came back to Titan Motors and described all the problems. I left the car.
The next day, they reported that everything was in order, the noise from the DSG box paid 30 rubles..
I urgently signed up for VAG Motorc to diagnose the box.
The conclusion of the box is fine, the recommendation to change the oil, I paid for the diagnosis, I paid for the oil change, although I did not plan to.
The hum has not disappeared anywhere.
After reading the forums, I decided to check if all the wheels were clamped and how surprised I was when I found that all the screws on the front right wheel, which was removed when replacing the belt, were not pressed, I was shocked. Putting the squeeze on the front right wheel.
THE ERROR FOR THIS SERVICE IS NOT EXCUSABLE, APART FROM ALL MY UNPLANNED EXPENSES DUE TO THIS SERVICE,

I chose this service based on reviews on the Internet and was pleasantly excited before visiting in anticipation of a high level of service. In practice, a simple suspension diagnosis took more than an hour. It was previously discussed with the receptionist that when the master looks at the situation, I will be invited and I will be able to see the condition of the car from below, but this never happened. After the car was kicked out of the box, I waited another 40 minutes, but the master did not remember about me. I had to remind myself of myself.
I may have come at some unfortunate time, but usually such issues were resolved much faster at other service stations. I can't say anything about the quality of the repair, because it was simply not possible to leave the car there overnight.
