It's bad, very bad.
Rude and arrogant manager, slow waiters. The service is 0, but be prepared that you will be charged 12% of the receipt for it.
The food is mediocre, the products are of poor quality, it was bad after the visit, although the prices are above average.
They will also bring you water (which you did not order), open it (although you did not ask) and charge 65 lire for it.
Be careful and avoid this place better!
