Good afternoon! I don't write negative reviews at all, but I just can't find the words. I have never seen such a mess and chaos. But we walk a lot and there is something to compare it with!!!! I will start from the beginning, from the moment of entering the ice arena in Grodno. There are no people who know and will tell you how to get to your places, due to this, everyone walks and I can't find my places due to duty. The APPEARANCE OF ADDITIONAL SEATS ON CHAIRS IN THE ICE ARENA ITSELF!!!! Where did they come from? The performance is supposed to start at 7 p.m., but of course, what respect can there be for the audience when there was such chaos and disorder in the arena itself...The performance started at 7.20 p.m. Thank you for starting at all. It was not possible to appreciate and enjoy the performance itself. Because of all the mess that was going on. Then everyone who wanted to went to the ice where the chairs were set up in a row, there was a commotion with dragging chairs, who was standing, who was jumping, who was carrying chairs.... Everything that was on the stage remained there, no sound, because of the screaming children and their parents who were scurrying on the ice Nothing was heard. From the first sector of the 2nd row, nothing is visible, thanks to the miraculously appeared chairs on the ice, the most DISGUSTING performance I've ever seen! NO RESPECT FOR THE AUDIENCE! SHAME ON THE ORGANIZERS OF THE BREST PHILHARMONIC!!!! In the administration of the Grodno arena, they said that we were not the first to complain! There were a lot of dissatisfied people in the hall from what was happening!!!..... A disgrace to the ORGANIZATION of the BREST PHILHARMONIC!!!!! WASTED TIME AND MONEY!!! NO PLEASURE RECEIVED! NOTHING BUT DISAPPOINTMENT! IT IS BETTER TO HAND IN YOUR TICKET AND NOT ATTEND THIS EVENT. now, for sure, I WILL NEVER GO to the organizer of the BREST PHILHARMONIC!!!! I wanted to have a good time with my family, but it turned out to be a disappointment thanks to this event!!! IT'S A SHAME!!! DISRESPECT TO THE AUDIENCE!!!! HAVE A GREAT MOOD AND HAPPY HOLIDAYS TO ALL OF YOU AND NEVER GET CAUGHT AT SUCH AN EVENT WITH THIS ORGANIZER.

The play Puppy Patrol was scheduled to take place on February 16! Not only was it canceled for some reason, but tickets could only be returned before 19:00 on printed tickets! This caused a terrible inconvenience, most of them just came with phones, I don't mention that they paid for 68 tickets and returned 60. A female cashier was sitting without a badge, she did not respond to the request for a complaint book, she did not introduce herself in any way! We knew there would be such a situation !!!! No one from the management, all the people came with the children, upset , unhappy , and they also can't return the money if the tickets haven't been printed. Please explain, where is the complaint book? The mood is spoiled, the attitude is disgusting, just in shock! There 's no other way to say it !
