The car started badly when it got cold .I left the car for diagnostics. They called back and said the problem was with the glow plugs. I came to pick it up, but the car was scratched. I called the traffic police to compile an accident. During the trial, the cameras turned out to be fake. And the car was allegedly scratched by someone on the street.
After replacing the candles, the problem did not go away. I went to another specialist and he immediately said during the diagnosis that the problem was in the glow plug relay.
I do not recommend contacting this service.

I want to thank you for the work done quickly.
Both rear dimensions on the Volkswagen T4 Transporter did not work for me. In 15 minutes, I was diagnosed and two light bulbs were changed, which turned out to be burnt out.

And to my surprise, the guys fixed the problem with the stove within 20 minutes. And for the price, I would say not expensive. In general, I recommend this service. Very smart guys. On December 9, at 9:00 a.m., the generator was scheduled for diagnosis and repair (Lada Kalina 2005). I am extremely outraged by the attitude of the staff, the human factor is at full zero. The attitude is boorish, careless and extremely disrespectful. Upon arrival, I was told - "leave the keys and you can be free..." I asked to be allowed to stay nearby at the time of repair, reminding that I also discussed this on the phone. I was refused, apparently doubting my distrust of the car service workers. At the same time, an older man with a gray beard, a service employee, said, like, that Mercedes-s worth 100,000 dollars were being brought to us and nothing, but here, they say, SOME KIND of Lada kalina... I was even taken aback and did not immediately find what to say to him. I came to the car service primarily as a Person, and the car is already factor number two. Any transport is worthy of respect if you gave the go-ahead, signed it up for repair and are going to service it, and the person who delivered this car to you in any case does not deserve to be neglected. I expected that the car would be repaired immediately, and I would be given the opportunity to be next to the car. Alas, they were just rudely rejected, without even explaining anything properly. I left, I was in the car next to this service station for about 30 minutes. After about 20 minutes, a man came out and told me, like, come by, to which I replied that I had already agreed with another car service, while I firmly decided that I would come and write my review to them in the complaint book.
CONCLUSION: perhaps the employees of this car service station were not in a very good mood in the morning, we all have some difficulties and problems of our own, but you are already in the workplace and you have no right to treat your customers so disrespectfully, who come to you with hope and full respect to serve their cars. I will not go to this car service anymore and I will not recommend it to my friends.
And yes, the best car service in the city of Brest is "Seven Keys". People of high professional skills and knowledge work there, you can be near the car during its repair, during the maintenance of the car, all the existing shortcomings are revealed in it, which is reported to the owner and you can immediately continue repairing the car without rewriting it for another time. If it turns out that they do not have any spare parts on site, then there is a special person who will go to the car market to buy everything you need, bring your car and it will be repaired on the same day. This is a huge plus. I have known the guys from the Seven Keys car service for more than 30 years, I have been dealing with them for the same amount of time, I have never been disappointed.

Electricians with both head and hands. They work professionally, quickly, nothing superfluous. There is a record for the time. I handled both the old 2001 car (bmw e39) and the relatively new 2019 (Renault coleos), coped in both cases. I liked that if the master does not solve the problem on his own, the others connect and act together until victory. I will definitely contact you again.

Moreover, your friends who used to work with you advised you, and they themselves were shocked by such a diagnosis and (as you answered me, well, I poked there with a screwdriver). To the question, the problem remains, well, do it, but there is no money. And now you want to talk. And your friends turned out to be decent people, and helped me solve the problem (I had to take out the faulty relay on the vibration).

Excellent car service. I drove in because the heater motor stopped working. The heater motor was quickly diagnosed and removed. Diagnosis the brushes are erased. One brush was given for the sample. The next day I went to them with a new set of brushes (the price of the issue is 6 rubles.) They took 35 rubles for the work. For reference, when I was looking for brushes in the car market, they offered a motor for 50 rubles. I didn't see any point in changing the engine entirely, since the anchor in my engine is in good condition.
