A terrible place to work repairing machinery. 09/12/2024 I gave the vacuum cleaner to fix. I was able to pick it up ready only on 12/14/2024. In this period of time, they were fed noodles, looking for a bunch of different excuses, all the time something didn't work out. As a result, the check was not issued, and they also said, maybe you can throw 10 rubles?😂 For so many months of downtime, on the contrary, we should have dropped the price for the work! I do not recommend it! Look for another place, take care of your nerves!

I gave computer speakers for repair (the subwoofer is out of order). A day later they invited me to pick it up, they took 20 rubles for repairs. I come home, turn it on and realize that I've been shod for twenty. But before, the service was normal and revived the same column. It's sad.

The TV was repaired on Gogol Street, (there was no image, only sound) the master convinced that all the bars needed to be changed, then it would last longer. They paid 200 rubles of which the check is punched only for work, allegedly they bought the bars for cash and therefore without a check (125 rubles).
Two months later, the image disappeared again, and they were taken back under warranty. This time the master turned on the fool, supposedly you need to look for the cause of the breakdown. He searched for her for 10 days. For some reason, our remote control was needed, to change the settings.As a result, supposedly bad contacts that need to be fixed for 10 days. In fact, they returned the TV to us with a damaged stand (they handed it over without scratches) and they had nothing to do with it, allegedly they were removing it and it was lying quietly, and the scratches were before them. In a word, Sharashkin's office. They are rude and they drive money through their pockets.
