Absolute bedlam. Half a day of wasted time is only for the reason that the work of the staff is completely illiterate in the organization. The endless movement of specialists from one office to another. OW-people. The 21st century is outside the window. Is it really impossible to transfer all the documentation to each other over the internal network in the institution? You need to go back and forth for half a day annoying people (I draw your attention to the fact that people are DISABLED).
