The only drawback is the elevators. As already mentioned, the elevator from the 7th floor (where the British Council is located) does not work without an employee card. But there is a separate elevator at the restaurant, which is located on the same floor.
At the same time, no one will tell either at the reception or in the office itself exactly how to get down, you will have to find out empirically or wait for a miracle
So that you don't have to wait, I'm writing the way to the working elevator :))
- exit the British Council, turn left, all the way and turn left again all the way
- you can see a black frosted door to your left, it can be opened
- inside there is a black corridor on one side, on the other there is a restaurant behind a transparent door
- walk down this corridor and after turning you see the elevator. It works and you can use it to go down to the 1st floor
Z.Y. on the same elevator, if anything, you can go up, just for some reason at the reception they send you to the elevators for employees. Why is not clear
