The British Museum has left me with only positive impressions. This is an amazing place where you can get acquainted with the history, culture and art of different countries and eras.
The museum has a huge collection of exhibits that amaze with their diversity and beauty. I especially remember Egyptian antiquities, antique sculptures and a collection of coins.
The museum staff were very friendly and always ready to help. They told a lot of interesting things about each exhibit, which made visiting the museum even more informative.
The British Museum is ideal for a family visit. There are special programs and activities for children, as well as convenient places to relax and have a snack.
I recommend visiting the British Museum to anyone interested in history, art and culture. This place is sure to leave an indelible impression and expand your horizons.

An excellent museum with a wonderful permanent exhibition. Facilities for the disabled are provided: free strollers, ramps, elevators. Interesting exhibits. Cafe, gift shop. A great place for an interesting pastime. I recommend.

My journey through London has become truly incomplete without visiting the famous British Museum. Here are my impressions of the visit.
Like it:
1. Exceptional collection: The British Museum is a veritable storehouse of cultural heritage. From ancient civilizations to modern times, the museum's collection impresses with its scale and diversity. This is a place where you can immerse yourself in the history of mankind.
2. Famous exhibits: Such iconic exhibits as the Rosetta Stone, the Aegean Jug and much more are revealed before the eyes of visitors. To see these objects in reality is a real magic.
3. Interactive exhibitions: The museum provides fascinating interactive opportunities that make visiting not just viewing exhibits, but a real interaction with history.
Didn't like it:
1. Huge size: Due to the vast territory and extensive collection, it can be difficult to see everything in one day. This is a place where you should decide in advance what you want to see.
2. Queues for popular expositions: There may be long queues for some popular expositions, which adds some expectation to the visit.
Get there:
The museum is easily accessible by public transport. The nearest metro station is Tottenham Court Road. There are also bus routes near the museum. Hotel parking is also available for those who prefer private transport.
Entry price:
The entrance fee depends on the visitor's status (adult, student, child) and the time of the visit. It is recommended to check the current prices on the official website of the museum or purchase tickets in advance to save time.
In general, the British Museum is not just a place where history is stored, but also a place where you can immerse yourself in it. I enjoyed every moment and recommend this place to anyone who appreciates cultural heritage and loves discovery.

A good museum, interesting, admission is free. But there are a few buts... The first is that there are very, very many rear-wheel drive around. The second is that the collection of exhibits is, of course, impressive, but again, at what cost - the British just stole everything from the Egyptians, Greeks, etc. I advise you to immediately buy a museum map (there is also one in Russian) and walk along it for interesting exhibits, by the way, there are top 10 exhibits in the guidebook that you need to see.

Why are the Egyptian Pyramids still in Egypt? - It was difficult to transfer them to London)
A long-standing Tale well reflects the scale of the historical value and diversity of the world's treasures in one place.
Admission is free.

The best, most interesting and largest museum in the world! We were with the family, we went around the whole place at 1 time. From what I've seen, there are already 5 stars. It's very interesting, the place is exciting. To be honest, we went there-the courts, 1 place 100 times! Guys, it's just the coolest museum in the world!

In my opinion, it is the best museum in the world, and one of the oldest. The richest exposition of rarities brought from all over the world (during the period of the colonial power of the empire).
I especially liked the Egyptian and oriental halls.
You can walk all day without stopping and not have time to really see everything.
I highly recommend you to visit!

I arrived in London at 8 pm. The first thing in the morning, I was already at the British Museum. An amazing collection of world masterpieces. They say that Britain has picked up masterpieces from all over the world. I think it is, but...since the British preserve THESE values, probably none of those "from whom they took it away" does. It's not fair. But I'm for values that are in great shape. Well, it's better to be like this. Let it be as the Beatles sang.

Very interesting collections from all over the world, different countries, times and peoples. Each item is unique. I have been studying objects on the official website of the museum for several months based on the photos I took. The work of the specialists working at the museum is invaluable. And yes, I didn't have time to see everything in a day. The museum is free and very cozy. The photo shows a painted wooden figure of Bodhisattva Guanyin from China. https://zen.yandex.ru/id/59e4b40d1410c33ff6bbef71

Inside, it's very even. Well, for the connoisseur.
Outside is a so-so neighborhood. If the Moscow suburbs were lower in number of storeys... but if they spit on the sidewalk, it can also smell for days, untidy.
