We visited the Briz Guest House for the first time in September 2025. In general, I liked everything, the friendly and sociable hostess answered all questions before arrival. The staff is also good. We agreed on a transfer, met, and passed the border quickly. We lived in a two-room room, the furniture was old, everything was patchy, and we had the worst view of all the rooms. But nothing, as they say, came not to sleep in the room. The children's pool was clean, but the main one was already dirty, the walls were all dark and spoiled the view. We had lunch in the dining room for the first time, you can eat)) but then we found a cheaper dining room nearby) It's a 3-minute walk to the sea, and there are shops along the way. Canteen. Pizza is all with nice prices))) there is also coffee on the beach, where you can have a delicious meal) would I come back again?? I think so!)

We were in the Breeze for almost the whole of September 2025, and we really liked the guest house. The hostess Serafima is very hospitable, she met us at about 01:00 at night. She asked if they were hungry, took them to the dining room, and gave us a snack. When the DG was selected, the criteria were that there should be a dining room at the DG and a heated swimming pool. As a result, the dining room is for five, the food is homemade, very tasty and satisfying, soft drinks are also sold, and what kind of ribs they cook on the grill is delicious. Of course, the price of the dining room may be higher than next to the city hall, but it's delicious here. We haven't eaten in other canteens in 24 days. We just bought pizza all the time, there's a pizzeria next to the GD, they make takeaway there, it's delicious. The pool is always warm and clean, and there is an area for children. There are rods next to the pool, you can take a dip and sunbathe, as well as go get soft drinks in the dining room. There are tables outside, you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner outdoors, as well as pass the evening and swim in the pool. There is a large speaker, they turn on the music. There is a concrete fence with a barbed wire fence around the territory, there are cameras, and the entrance to the State Duma is closed in the evening. The territory is beautiful, there is plenty of greenery. The rooms are cleaned very well, as requested, or once every three days with a change of linen (I seem to remember). The people in the shops are all hospitable, cultured and polite, as well as on the beach. The beach is a leisurely 5-minute walk away. There are bungalows and paddles on the beach, which can be rented. A bungalow of 1000 rubles for the whole day. It's a great class for a family! The beach is cleaned in patches, in places branches and trees are thrown up from the storm, it didn't bother us, they allow us to burn these branches and trees in the evenings, it's so beautiful, many couples and families gather along the shore and light bonfires, communicating with each other (romance). Which our family did more than once. There is a cafe on the beach, and live music is played in the evenings. If you like a relaxing holiday, then come here, it's like in a village, there is no fuss of the street, there are not many people. Serafima, the hostess of the Breeze, will tell you about the excursions and sign you up for them. We didn't go there ourselves, but we talked to people who did, and they spoke very well. If anyone likes to fish, take a fishing rod, there are so many fishermen there in the evenings and everyone catches something. Next to the gate, 15 meters from the gate, there is a stream flowing, they constantly fish there, not much, but the main thing is excitement. We were in the Breeze for the first time, the family liked it. There will be an opportunity, we will come again, we would go in 2026 (we would even look at the rooms, see how they differ and which one to choose), but alas, we will eat from work on a voucher. I talked to the guests, they are 8 years old, who have been vacationing there for 5 years, everyone likes it.
