Overall, I liked this restaurant. It is well decorated and has an interesting design. You can look at the walls and ceiling for a long time. Lots of delicious dishes. We especially liked the appetizer of pate and jam with toast, borscht, draniki with mushrooms. But I can't help but mention a moment that left an unpleasant impression. I ordered more roast beef pancakes, but they turned out to be very dry and salty. I thought that maybe sour cream would fix the situation, but until it was brought, I realized that it would not help. As a result, I pushed the almost full portion to the edge of the table and sat there for another 30 minutes. But the waiters didn't even ask what happened or what I didn't like. They just walked by and ignored me. That was strange, because in good restaurants they would have asked me such a question and tried to find a compromise somehow. I paid for everything, but the unpleasant aftertaste remained. It was March 15th.

A few days ago we visited this truly wonderful place! We enjoyed our visit immensely. The stylish and cozy atmosphere, dim lighting, smells (from the restaurant itself to soap and hand cream) and terribly beautiful dishes, all this was conducive to a pleasant pastime. And now for the points:
+ Immensely friendly and helpful staff, regardless of their position. I would like to mention Nikita the waiter separately. Firstly, he knew the menu perfectly and talked about it in a very tempting and detailed way. Before we knew it, the order had already been placed. Thanks again for recommending the pate. He's really immaculate. Secondly, his mood, humor and attitude towards the guests. Thank you for making me smile on that cloudy day. Thirdly, he is very nimble and attentive. In short, a great fellow!
+ Food: it was VERY tasty. All the combinations, the products, everything was perfect.

An atmospheric institution in the center of Minsk. The interior is peculiar, but has its own charm.
I liked the service, the waiters know all the menus and are ready to tell the nuances.
The food is a very tasty cutlet from Grodno poultry. I was pleased with beef stroganoff. It was obvious that tinctures (or liqueurs) were popular, but I did not try it myself.
The service turned out to be fast enough, the time was immediately correctly oriented.

Visiting Minsk and Bulbashi for the second time, I can say with confidence that there is simply no more delicious place in this city. If you want to try the national cuisine, but in a stylish place and with a beautiful serving of dishes, these are definitely Bulbashi. A beautiful space consisting of two halls, delicious food, excellent tinctures — and all this with adequate pricing. The restaurant is located in the city center, which is also very convenient. I recommend booking a table in advance, as this place is already very popular, and there is a possibility of simply not sitting down. Although we personally faced the opposite story: all the tables were booked on the phone, and upon arrival it turned out that we would still be able to have dinner. But it is better to plan a visit in advance, as the Bulbashas are worth it.

We were celebrating a birthday.

An amazing restaurant with very responsive service and incredibly delicious food and drinks. The waiters know their business well and are ready to advise on all questions and wishes. The third restaurant that I was advised to visit in Minsk turned out to be the best.
The hall is small but cozy. Solid wood furniture adds solidity.
And the kitchen… Oh my God! This is a real gourmet feast.
I didn't know I was going to be thrilled that day, so I wasn't particularly hungry.
First, they brought home-made morse. The taste is rich, with pronounced sourness. It feels like it's undiluted. Just the way I like it.
By dishes:
1. Venison steak.
The most tender meat is elegantly complemented with mashed potatoes. A real symphony of tastes. Each ingredient, each part of the dish is individually beautiful. And all together they are just perfect.
2. Honey cake. In general, I don't really like non-standard readings. But it's really delicious here. It's a miracle. Sweet tooths will be pleased.
As a result, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of cuisine and regretted that I came hungry.
But I quickly fixed this, and returned here for lunch 2 days later and enjoyed the Belarusian cuisine once again.

A great place with very tasty dishes! Everything that was ordered was perfectly cooked; I liked that all the dishes on the menu were made from Belarusian products. The only thing that would be ideal if the menu was served in Belarusian. The interior is beautiful! I especially recommend dumplings with chanterelles and pate with jam from Pinsk tomatoes.

We liked the food very much. We tried draniki with suspended sour cream and boletus. The sauce is just perfect for this dish. It's a bomb! Chefs are masters of their craft! We are ready to return for this! The service is good. There was a doctor - the restaurant congratulated . It was very pleasant. They also gave me a bombastic curd casserole. In my opinion, it is the best restaurant in Minsk that we have visited. Very tasty, expensive, but justified. We tried borscht, mushroom soup, beef stroganoff, draniki, ice cream, mors, liqueurs, pate (my respects)... I'm writing in a month, and my mouth is watering from the memories. They know a lot about textures and serving here. At the same time, without forgetting about the taste and old recipes.
The dressing in a salad with pears is delicate and exquisite. The pike cutlets themselves are excellent, and the side dish with a light crunch of green onions complements the gastronomic picture.
I've never liked black pudding. But it was in this restaurant that it became clear that any product can become a favorite if it is cooked correctly and the right sauces and side dishes are added.

I tell you the situation : we came to Minsk , my daughter is not the first, but I am the first and my daughter really wanted (she is a pastry chef and a gourmet in food) to taste pancakes with chanterelles in this institution . I just wanted to try the pancakes . We came in the evening, we had not booked a table in advance, but we were placed on the veranda - the evening was warm and the view of the church was beautiful. We ordered food - everything was very tasty - and pancakes with chanterelles , I took fish and sour cream . We ordered tinctures to try (separate recommendations), and having had a great dinner and rest, it was time for the calculation and then we both realize that we changed into beautiful clothes and changed handbags and neither bothered to shift the cards for the calculation. We are Russian citizens and a simple transfer to the card of an institution or employee, which could simplify the situation, is impossible.
In general, the restaurant is already under closure, it is extremely inconvenient for us, and the waiter, after talking with the administrator, allowed us to pay off in the morning. It was a way out and very kind of them, although I won't hide it -I felt a little awkward.
Thank you guys so much for your trust!
In the morning, as soon as the institution opened, at 12:00 o'clock, we stopped by and paid off.

One of my 2 most favorite restaurants in Minsk. I've been here 5 times in the last year.
It is very, unrealistically delicious - dishes of Belarusian cuisine with sophistication, but hearty and large portions + excellent liqueurs and desserts.

The service is excellent, Nikita served the last time - just great service, advised what to order, told everything and argued the choice) all the dishes are delicious, so let's come again.

It's a very popular place, which has a whole quest to get to, but I still managed.
A very polite girl at the entrance meets and takes things to the wardrobe. Then you go down to the hall itself.
The atmosphere in the hall is ordinary, I can't say that there is anything special. At first it seemed that I went to someone's anniversary party 🤭
The service is pleasant, polite, the waiters know the menu well.
On food:
— the much-vaunted tartar from the moose turned out to be ordinary, I would not have returned for it. I love tartar and try it everywhere. This one is far from the best, on solid 3, but it looks better than it tastes
— the cutlets from the Braslav pike are delicious and juicy. The sauce for them is sour and strongly mayonnaise, left on the plate. The potato pillow on which the cutlets were lying is too complicated, greasy, just mashed potatoes with onions would be tastier at times. The portion itself is large, you can take it for two. On 4 (because of the sour sauce and potatoes)
— beef tongue with Polesie mushroom mousse is delicious, here is a solid 5
— the tinctures are delicious, the serving is pretty, definitely the best that we tried in Minsk.
To sum up, I want to say that the game was not worth the candle and it is possible to eat more delicious at times in the same Litvinas (and cheaper). But for show, it's worth going, maybe.

I understood that you need to book in advance, especially if there was a company or a family, there were two of us, there were only seats in the aisle.
The food is very tasty, we ordered dumplings and salad with tongue. The chefs are great, thanks a lot.
The service is also clear and fast.
The only thing that upset me was that there was no wi-fi, we came on a tour, went to lunch, we had to contact the guide, but there was no connection... I didn't really want to enable roaming for one day. We expected that Wi-fi would be provided in the restaurant in the city center.
