The only 24/7 gym in Tashkent. But: There are few machines, a small hall. Therefore, minus 2 stars. On weekdays, there are a lot of people from morning to evening. There are a lot of runners - about 15. Some machines are not adjustable in height and distance (leg length).))) shorties will not be lucky, a fat plus is cleanliness: 24/7 technical staff washes up. The bathrooms are clean. The reception staff is the friendliest! There are antiviral sprays in the hall. There is a showcase with the necessary arsenal for training: if you forgot something, you can buy it right away. We haven't bought anything yet, so I can't tell you about the quality and prices. They look very decent. There is a buffet. In addition to the gym, there is a swimming pool, sauna, steam room and a room for group classes. I recommend group classes to everyone. Only in time it is difficult to pack them - since they are on weekdays from 7.00 to 21.00.
By subscription: annual VIP 24/7 full set at discounts can be taken for $ 500-600. There is a trick: you can buy a subscriber at any time, but the action will begin only from your first visit. A personal locker and a large towel are not included in the VIP.

I would describe the gym as a great place to train. The gym is well equipped and in most cases it is possible to quickly find a free simulator. The staff of the hall is friendly and professional, ready to help at any time. The management of the hall also takes care of its customers, ensures order and cleanliness in the hall.
Of the cons, it happens that there are a lot of people in the hall, especially during peak hours, but this rather indicates the popularity of the hall. However, if you need a quieter place to train, you can try to come at an earlier or later time.
Overall, I would recommend this gym as a great choice for training.

The price does not match the quality.
The reception is gloomy and often rude, showing how unpleasant you are to him. Just a couple of smiling guys, the rest are doing you a great favor with a tired face when handing out the keys. Some of them don't even say hello.
There is no wardrobe. Microscopic lockers for changing clothes. The gym bag barely fits. And we also need shoes, coats and clothes. You have to leave your shoes at your own risk and go barefoot. I've heard about two scandals in 2.5 months. The administration does not have leisure, it does not bear responsibility. But it also does not provide storage space.
You often have to change clothes standing and/or in the aisle. Benches are sorely lacking. One bench for 20 lockers.
Constantly, many customers swear at the issuance of keys from adjacent lockers in a row. And so there is nowhere to get up, so there is also nowhere for two or three to cram into it. Dance as you want. Swearing, persuasion, explanations do not help. They continue to sell much more subscriptions than the hall can accommodate.
The Turkish bath and sauna are constantly working incorrectly, if at all. The Turkish bath is cold, then you can cook crayfish.
There is often no hot water pressure in the showers. The showers themselves are dirty. The lighting in them is close to zero. Shower headsets are dirty and leaky. All.
The pool is filled with bleach so that the eyes sting on the way.
Towels are paid, but it's pretty disgusting to hold them in your hands. Old and dilapidated.
There is a breeze from the windows in the group room. There is only one room. Despite the fact that a lot of people want to attend classes. More than 30 people with a capacity of 17. And there is an empty clock in this one small hall. Unfortunately, the administration does not track statistics. He does not draw conclusions. It does not make changes for the convenience of customers.
There is a spoonful of honey in the group room. It is well equipped. There is everything and even more. There are even hammocks for aero classes. The classes themselves, however, are quite boring and monotonous and you don't look like them for more than a month.
The gym is stuffy, and there is little room in the evening. There are no group cardio sessions in the gym. The music is too loud. Many complain. To no avail.
Customer requests are ignored. Banal hooks can't make the music quieter, I'm not talking about something significant.
I go there only because of despair (the rest is even worse nearby) and a yoga coach.

But there is still one drawback: at night, the part of the gym where the treadmills are located is practically not illuminated due to the concept of the club, which prioritizes not the interests of clients forced to train in semi-darkness, but the neon inscription on the wall, which, meanwhile, is very clearly visible even in good daylight lighting.

A pleasant large hall. There is a swimming pool of 25 meters, which is very pleasing, as well as a sauna and hammam. The gym is perfectly clean, the gym equipment and floors are constantly being wiped. The simulators are all in good condition, everything seems to be there for training. The staff is very polite and helpful.
One of the disadvantages is that the temperature in the sauna is not high, and you need to sit for a long time to warm up. In the hammam, visitors often pour cold water from the tap on the thermal sensor, and it becomes impossible to sit there))) There are also no rules about customers with an unpleasant smell. Some people in the hall stink a mile away…

However, there is also a disadvantage: loud music. It's almost like at a disco. Personally, I don't like it, but coaches can't turn down the volume - the volume is set in the regulations.
