Something fantastically delicious, incredible. The interior is a little scary, very simple. But the cuisine is beyond praise.
They also have a lounge for smokers but not drinkers; non-smokers but drinkers; families in hijabs; non-smokers and non-drinkers... but it doesn't matter during Ramadan, you can't drink anyway.
I highly recommend the cafe. The service is lightning fast, you won't have to wait at all, you'll barely have time to wash your hands.

We really love this cafe. It is located in the center of Tashkent, in a residential area. A cozy, quiet place with very tasty Bukhara cuisine. Of course, there is also European cuisine, but there is no point in going to Bukhara and ordering olivier. This is not a fashionable restaurant, just a cafe with affordable prices and If you want to eat delicious national dishes, then go there. Kebabs, samsa, shurpa.... Well, their crown is fried fish - fillet of walleye, and of course carp. Another advantage of this place is that there is no music. Which allows you to spend time in your company with intimate conversations, over a glass of something warming, or over a mug of cooling, depending on the time of year😁

It's a clean cafe in the area. The entourage is homely with an awesome kitchen. Everything is delicious here and fish fillets from walleye and different types of kebabs. I came here specifically to get samsa. She's just a bomb. So if you are in this area, do not go to different pretentious places, go right here and get an Oriental flavor and delicious food.

I've known this place for a long time. Good delicious cuisine. My favorites are triangular samsa, ground, lumpy beef and liver kebabs, Gijduvan shurva (served only at lunch), pike perch fillet, dumplings. On the entourage, the owner is not confused and the service should be improved all the time. But within the price segment, this is a very pleasant place to satisfy your hunger and even enjoy the food on offer. The staff is friendly, friendly and correct - true Oriental hospitality. The service is fast. Failures during full landing are rare.

I visited friends in Tashkent. They advised me to go to Bukhara - they say, tasty and cheap.
I put 5 stars for the food and atmosphere- really very (!) delicious (shish kebab, salad, soup) and very cheap- beef / lamb shish kebab is about 120 rubles for our money, and everything else is up to 200.
They cook and bring it perfectly quickly, the portions are large, alcohol is also inexpensive, but there were no very drunk companies - the local beer is very weak, and they close at 11 pm.
The staff is cheerful and sincere.
Tips, by the way, are included in the bill, but they wanted to leave even over the check.
The interior is here...well, such a Soviet-pre-Soviet! For an amateur :). With oilcloths, tables in three rows, and artificial flowers on the walls. The place is free sometimes, they say, we have to wait, because the institution is popular, but we were lucky with it.
However, the cafe was recommended to us as a place for nostalgia, so it is in this perspective
Bukhara is just very authentic and soul-warming!☺️

A beautiful old colorful city on the way of the great Silk Road. For two days we tried to see the main sights of the city to the maximum, took a guide and a transfer. Of course, they like cash for payment for services, we must keep in mind that some establishments accept Union Pay issued by Rosbanks, some on the market even adjusted to Russian tourists, you can send a transfer to Uzbekistan from the Sber application by phone number, choose which bank to transfer to in the application and they receive it already in amounts to the account. In general, the city left a positive emotion. We were in November, the weather was super, in the morning +10-12 in the afternoon +22-25!

I think it makes no sense to list the disadvantages in such a price segment. The main thing is that it is clean and quite cozy. There are halls for smokers/drinkers and halls for families with children, they do not drink or smoke there and the family can have a good dinner. In the evening, the assortment is not large, but sufficient. A large selection of mayonnaise salads.

Gijduvan cuisine has always been liked by our family, even when we lived permanently in Tashkent. The expression was even coined, "well, let's go, let's die." Now, after almost 17 years since we left, I am convinced that the Bukhara cafe chain keeps its brand and still offers a delicious and high-quality range of dishes. In my opinion, the best pike perch fillet is in Bukhara. I recommend a visit to the Bukhara cafe for all guests of the capital. Well, Tashkent residents, I think, should not be agitated.
