We came to Minsk with my husband for a couple of days.
It was problematic to rent a house due to the withdrawal from the Booking and Airbnb market - there are no normal services where you can look at current available dates and apartments. We were very surprised when we found Bulbash Apartment - online booking, free dates, beautiful apartments (pictured), convenient location. But the advantages ended there.
Firstly, the girl's boorish communication on the phone and in personal messages. When we called, we were always answered in such a way that it felt like we had asked to live for free, and not for decent money. We spent four days at 430 bel rubles.
Secondly, the discrepancy between the data on the site and the actual ones - we chose cashless payment and without prepayment. When I called, it turned out that we ourselves (!!) chose to pay in cash and prepayment, although we provided screenshots of our current booking, where everything was by bank transfer and without prepayment. We made an advance payment.
Thirdly, all the apartments in the photo look modern and comfortable. When we checked in, we were in some shock: the apartment was badly finished, sloppy and very dirty in places. All the furniture (except the sofa in the living room) in the apartment is old, shabby, shabby, the appliances are very old. There are bare wires sticking out in the kitchen (!!). The bed linen and towels smelled damp. The sheet did not even cover the mattress, and successfully rolled down under us during sleep. It was impossible to sleep on the pillows, because it was just a lump of stray foam rubber. The bed creaked terribly that even when turning at night, everyone woke up. The furniture is swollen or with pieces falling off.
The bathroom had a cracked tray under which water was collected. The cabin itself has not been completely washed out for a very long time, it is covered in mold and salts, all the pipes in the bathroom are in clouds of dust. I am attaching the photo.
If you can still tolerate old furniture and old appliances for this amount, then broken furniture and dirt all around are not.
Among the advantages: a good location, the presence of small and large shops, cafes and restaurants nearby - but this is not the merit of the landlord.
There was a convenient check-in - access to the safe with the key to the apartment was sent.

There are no advantages.
06.02 booked an apartment on 08.02 with a good 40% discount with payment conditions upon check-in, a confirmation of the reservation was sent to the mail.
Then came the reminder of the reservation.
And today, on 07.02, a reservation was suddenly refused, because there was no payment, although there were no letters about payment to the mail. At the same time, the apartment has already been rented!?
Turned to the manager, the reservation has been canceled, choose another apartment at full price. When asked why it was canceled, the answer was there was no payment.
But it shouldn't have been, payment upon check-in. Why didn't you send the letter to the mail, we communicate the answer via messenger. But I didn't have a prepayment invoice in the messenger.
As a result, we were left without an apartment! And they didn't even apologize or offer an alternative!
There is no customer orientation at all !

To be honest, I'm shocked by the customer focus. I needed an apartment for a couple of days in the Minsk Mira area. I was interested in the apartment, I wrote them a telegram. To which I was told that she would be free only during the day, she would be busy at night. No other options were offered, which is also strange. I found 2 other apartments and threw them off after the agency's response. It took me a long time to get an answer, I went into a dialogue, but there was no answer. They deleted the dialogue for two... I threw off 2 apartments again, to which they wrote to me that "we already told you that they would be occupied," they commented on only 1 apartment that I threw off.
